Once, completeness kissed my soul, a beacon through the night.
Now doubt whispers, "Will healing mend this fractured, shattered light?"

Promises, sweet deeds, intentions fair, a love we built with care.
But fear's cold grip steals peace and trust, can I let someone in, unaware?

Dreams spun from passion, wishes met, a tapestry we wove.
Yet how to find safe haven here, where heartache's sting I know?

Our spirits soared, unbound, entwined, in heights we'd never flown.
But can I rise without your touch, your anchor now unknown?

With each shared dawn, faith blossomed, then wilted in the storm.
How can I trust, when shielding scars from depths that keep me warm?

Once, melodies of joy embraced, our laughter filled the air.
Now yearning's echoes linger still, can ardent love be there?

The pain you etched, a bitter song, on fragments of my trust.
But hope whispers, "Even shattered hearts can mend, in time, in dust."

So much raw emotion. This is both inspiring & really beautiful.
