Click hereIf you had a goose that laid golden eggs,
Or a tree sprouting hundred dollar bills.
You could have the wealth of a billionaire,
Funds aplenty in which to do as you pleased.
The snap of fingers brings all your wants,
All needs attained by another’s energy.
And yours towards more pleasurable pursuits,
Material possessions gracing every view.
Some could say, “it so good having it all”,
“With the tree it grows and that goose”.
And all would be so peaceful and serene,
To the eye which doesn’t visualize at all.
As a blind eye turned away from the inside,
A place money and gold cannot touch.
The need to secure necessary inner desires,
Longing for the other with the same wants.
Lonely is a life filled with sprouts and eggs,
And no one to touch the pleasures of inside.
But loneliness is snap by another presence,
Of laughter, joy and companionship inside.
