Based on a line from a very old song, 'The British Tars', which was created long before copyright law.
-
All of you adventurous boys, a warning take from me.
Never leave your happy homes, no don't go near the sea.
You'll hate all of a sailor's life, indeed you should trust me.
There's no beer, wine, or women, and the food's sheer misery.
Over two years now I've been gone, finally pay and home I see.
Childless we were when I left, now babies my wife has three.
Never leave your happy homes, no don't go near the sea.

It sails the same waters as Status Quo's 'In The Army Now', doesn't it? Never listen to what the recruiter says.
