The life

Living in the midst of death
And its reverse
Being desirable and desiring nothing
Yielding that all might pass
And leave him standing
Alone
Empty
All of him leaked out thru the cracks
A broken jar
Darkness in the light
Eyes closed against the unbearable
Hiding from a gentle touch
The flagellant begs
For the mercy of his pain
And calls it love
