Amid the sombre tapestry of existence's grand design,
Where fleeting moments merge and fade, a sorrow sign,
Ephemeral as stardust dreams, as fleeting as the mist,
Life's journey through the shadows, a sorrowful tryst.

Beneath the vaulted canopy, a symphony of woe,
Echoes of fractured hopes resound, where secrets tend to grow,
In labyrinthine corridors, the heartache finds its lair,
As tempests brew within the soul, a tempest of despair.

The chiaroscuro dance of light, on life's enigmatic stage,
Reveals the poignant interlude, where joy and sorrow engage,
Each mirthful laugh a fleeting note, each tear a silent plea,
A testament to the intricate, the sombre harmony.

Yet midst the gloom, a fragile bloom of wisdom takes its root,
For in the depths of darkest nights, resilience finds its fruit,
The human spirit, battle-worn, still yearns to find the way,
Through desolation's daunting haze, to greet the light of day.

So let us ponder life's refrain, its complex, haunting song,
A tapestry of highs and lows, where we all do belong,
In unity of suffering, a sombre truth we share,
Yet in the depths, we find the strength to rise beyond despair.
