Silence, music, in between the lines
Softly swaying lost in time
You pull away to kiss my hair
My eyes, my nose, you kiss me there
And I just warmly smile

Deeply looking into my eyes
Brushing my cheeks as you let out a sigh
Whispering that you will keep me safe
Sealing your promise with your embrace

And I just feel
Oh so wonderful
My heart slows down
As we dance to the waltz
That only we know

Closer now
Protecting me with your arms somehow
From the reality
That can be harsh and cruel
So glad that I have you

And this just feels
Oh so wonderful
As we dance to
The rhythm of our own breaths
Slowing with each step

Come sigh with me
As we fall into a deeper sleep
Tranquility and stillness surrounding the two of us
As we just be
You and me...asleep...
