Waking from a dream
and that magic inside...
takes the mind away
to a warm memory.
In the light of day we remember
a melody from so long ago.

These waking hours in the light
of day under the warm summer sun...
we recall much better times when
life was so sweet and really perfect.
Memories that we just cannot forget.

Waking from sweet dreams
that all linger within...
the mind remembers many
warm memories.
In the daylight hours we all rise and
think about that dream once again.

These waking hours under the summer
skies will warm all of our hearts there...
we remember better times when life
was as sweet as the summer sun.
We've melodies we listened to for fun.

Everyday the daydreams remain
inside and we remember memories...
in these waking hours.
