Thorns in my skin
created by the bitterness of decisions ...
I am hit, a torn wound,
poisoned blood of loneliness and remorse,
no trail anymore to the path of healing ....

Thorns in my skin
grown together with it,
no chance to remove them
without even more pain than there is already
to endure screaming silently

Thorns in my skin
Punched holes as an invitation
designed to lead me into
the whispering darkness
in which nothing can ever heal ...
