The soles of her bare feet press softly into the kelpy ground.

Her steps are light as her gaze drifts the undergrowth for the treasures she seeks.

I stand unmoved. Rooted. And watch her body glide and bend and pass by.

She leaves no trace but the slight scent of her hair and the impression on my heart.

The soles of her bare feet.
