I am saddened!
All my cards
Returned to sender
Green, gold glitter
Coats my fingers
No explanations
Lead to grief!
Just...
Just what happened?
The most wonderful time of the year
I'm decorated in garland tears
Stuck rut, obsessive, depressed behavior
A heart cries out for you, my long gone savior
Around the block
To clear my head
A red suited man
Wishes me well
With Ho-Ho-Ho’s
I dread the oncoming
Missing you so’s!
Every time
Comes round December
See my friends all
Loving tender
Love unrequited
Knocks me to my knees
Rolled fetal ball - OH, NO!

Candy_Kane545 months agoEach year I get fewer and fewer Christmas cards even though I mail out a couple dozen or so every year. I get more Christmas cards from my Congressman, Senator, and local representatives than I do from friends and family. I, too, am saddened by the loss of connections with the rest of the world.
