At one point
Force clinged to Time
held it for a moment
until their union cracked
drifting apart

Ever since then
there's no force to turn back time
to un-turn your back
there's no force to fast-forward time
to the that blink of an eye
when a short kiss outdoes
the eternal magnitude of waiting,
pushing you from youth to age.

While a kiss may stop Time
for a moment
Time won't stop for you.

A friend may...

But they're not forced to
because there's no force in friends
as they wouldn't last
since from early on
Time and Force are no more friends,
just independent variables.

You eloquently explain the interaction of force and time for the special case of emotion and love. Can we simply accept that when assaying emotions, time and force will not be independent variables?

For some, Time is the fourth dimension and your words take us there.

How right you are, snow, no amount of force can move or stop time. And no amount of time can force love.
