Rising from the ashes of Hell
his domain burning with fire...
the smell is putrid and obscene.
Battered and bruised beyond reason
his kingdom churning, his world...
is full of tortured souls that sting.

Walking upon hooves in the dark
his realm is all around him there...
the sight is perverted and cruel.
Shattered bodies litter the ground
he smiles and his heart is cold...
he's full of rapture and of fire.

An innocent voice awoke him
a child calling for some help...
again he smiles and says " prey. "
Promises nothing but false hope
dreams of darkness and of despair...
bodies there are naked and afraid.

Soon he leaves to find the child
that woke him from his burning dream...
he makes his way silently there.
He breathes heavily and sighs
sniffing at the scents in the air...
he could smell the innocent blood.

Finally beside the sleeping child
he smiles triumphantly and says...
" again I feast on innocence. "
A flash of light fills the flower filled room
and a voice bellows " leave her alone. "
He disappears in the darkness.
