In wandering mists I'm overtaken.
Lost and left adrift.
No navigation to bring me back home.
No sense of the hour.
Is this really going to be my fate,
perhaps something more?
Nothing to break the endless monotony.
So I remain lost.

My heart searching through unrequited love.
My needle in straw.
Suffering endlessly with no retort.
No voice of my own.
My feelings are like a roller-coaster.
Up down all around.
My unequivocally doubtful heart,
has led me astray.

It might not have a name, but you really transported that feeling of 'floating in a large void, looking for a handle to grip tight'.

Thanks for finding these words, sometimes, it seems, it takes more than just a handful to describe a feeling.
