What is Forever?
It’s not something we can grasp, Or something we can measure.
But when in love we ask.
It was never meant to be.
Forever isn’t always.
It’s somewhere we can’t see.
We cannot know when it is,
There is no guarantee.
We will not be here forever
to see it to the end.
We only have the here and now
So please do not pretend.
Love each other now,
Turn each other on.
Kiss and touch me, wow,
There’s no forever, but I’ve won.
