Ogive doorways for fatter heads
and wider feet for flatter treads
hallways always to travels down
doors aplenty and choice to drown.
One end to the other with nothing accountable
like Xeno, we knew distance insurmountable
like the meaning of a Marx brother's skit
was to take meaning itself and shatter it
and if it does if it did if it can
presuppose or juxtapose the purpose of man...

As if the turning of earth was an irritable tug
with all the gravity of a shoulder shrug.

I always enjoy your writing. There's always something that pulls me in. And, thanks for teaching me new words :-)
