When dignity was lost,
More pain was paid than just the cost
The he said, she said diatribe...
Certainly not what I subscribe.

I guess we had to clear the air,
from the veil of fear, perhaps despair.
We look at actions circumspect,
While explanations, we reject.

But at the end, when the day is done,
Are we better off as two, or one?
For no matter how the words get twist',
We still both care, that's why we're pissed.

For we fight like dogs and cats it's true,
But there is no one I'd rather fight with, than you.
And anger, now expressed just dies...
Replaced by oohs, and ahhhs and sighs!
