Secrets told to me along the Chattahoochee's bend,
Whispers of tales, where truth and fiction blend.
By the lantern's glow, on a riverboat's deck,
Weaving stories like a speck.

Through moonlit nights and willow's silent sway,
The river's secrets in the night relay.
With laughter and wit, in a rustic tongue,
Stories untold, from the times when they were young.

In the heart of the South, where the cotton fields lie,
Voices rise, like the river's gentle sigh.
A riverboat's steady wheel,
Guiding us through tales that time can't conceal.

Down the Chattahoochee, in a raft so free,
Under the sycamore tree.
In the cadence of a drawling song,
A journey unfolds, where adventures belong.
