the dark. feared by some. but not I. some fear being lost in the dark. honestly? I long to be lost in the dark. some see the dark as danger. really? I see refuge. restoration. some think of the dark as cold. seriously? the dark is warmth. enveloping warmth. for some of the dark is to be avoided. hardly. i seek the dark. i desire the dark.
I am drawn to the dark. I long to enter it. breathe it in. taste it. be aroused by its unique aroma. be enveloped in it. surrounded by it. lost in it. retreat from the world in it. be made whole in it. I slide into the dark. and again. and again. and again. explode in it. and again. and again. and again.
