This is still great, it is nuts that all His Women fight the impulsiveness so much, it is kind of off. but you do you, it keeps working.

First off to the author, I'm losing way too sleep binge reading this. Thank you. to the latest anonymous poster. In reality if she is well trained in eskrima sticks she would easily be able to duel wield arming swords. The sticks were a work around weapon because they weren't allowed weapons. Heck she should just have two made from the staff wood and get the magical help. Of course this is a year behind .

Still don't like Selene and her Character, but I do have a question about her. She said she was trained in Escrima/Eskrima sticks. From what I know, they can be used in each hand at the same time. Why if she is familiar and trained with them, does she not use them. I can even see using the arming swords but why not in both hands like the sticks? The sticks can be used to block and attack so it gives her more options in combat. Yes a shield can be used to an extent, but not as well as a sword. I know with the shields now, it wouldn't make as much sense but at the start it would have.

Maybe I'm just too much of a dual wielding fan?

I'm guessing that we are moving away from the spear with Ethan? Its difficult to use one with a shield. Hmmmm maybe if there is room for a summoning enchantment? Use the spear then summon the shield when he switches to sword or warhammer?
