John locked his lips on hers and they began a passionate kiss, using their tongues to explore each other's mouths as the often did, finding familiarity in all the right places. John began to pick up speed, causing more and more moans to echo through his mouth and into his ears. Tash was panting now. For a split second John thought that she really must be a xenophile in heat. He mentally smiled at the image before returning his attention to his little xenophile.

The kiss had broken and Tash was now burying herself into John's neck. She scrapped her nails across his back and hugged him close, locking her arms and legs around him so that she was almost hanging off him. John was letting out grunts and moans od his own too. Tash picked up that he was getting close.

"I...I...want...you...to...cum...on...chest..." Tash staggered out, Johns thrusting and her own moans making a complete sentence almost impossible.

John sped up, causing a cry from Tash. Once he felt he couldn't hold it any longer he jolted out of her, grabbed his member, and aimed it at Tash. A small stream of cum lanced out towards her, landing neatly on her ribs and left breast and trailing down to her stomach. The second stream didn't have as much energy and simply landed on her solar plexus.

The rest just seemed to dribble down towards her mound and pussy. John let go of himself as he felt the last of his semen leave him. He sat back and took a moment to look at the mess he had created. The off white of his cum a nice contrast to the tan of the Kai'ani's skin. Tash was still trying to catch her breath.

"Do you want me to get a towel mistress?" John asked, still keeping up the charade.

"No..." Came from Tash. "I'll just rest a bit."

John just shrugged and laid down beside her. After a second he looked over at his girlfriend. Her eyes were now closed and her breathing had normalized. She was fast asleep. John chuckled to himself. She must have used up all her energy from her nap and was too tired to bother getting up. John gave her a light kiss of the forehead and decided to close his eyes as well.

John awoke the next morning to a loud banging. His eyes jerked open and darted around the room. He let the morning fog fade before attempting to get up. The banging came once again. John recognized it as coming from the hotel room's front door. He heard an annoyed groan from beside him. There was Tash, still ass naked. She grabbed one of John's pillows and covered her head with it. The banging came again.

He thought he heard Tash mumble 'fix it' through the pillows. John slid out of bed and quickly put some clothes on. He hobbled towards the room's front door. He had yet to do his stretches this morning and his legs felt incredibly sore from all the walking the couple had done the previous day. Upon answering the door John noticed a tall male Kai'ani waiting and looking very impatient. John was about to ask what was so damn important when the Kai'ani beat him to it. He held out a small piece of paper.

"The Prefect requests you and your mate's presence immediately." The Kai'ani emphasized the 'immediately. "We have a vehicle waiting to take you both."

"Well, we'll have to get ready." John protested and took the piece of very official looking paper.

The Kai'ani looked at him with a disapproving frown.

"Please make it quick, the Prefect is not a very patient person."

"Gottcha." John said and closed the door in the Kai'ani's face.

He half jogged, half hobbled into the hotel rooms bedroom. Tash was still laying there on her side with a pillow over her head. He stood next to her and gave her a little shake.

"Tash, you need to get up." John said as calmly as he could.

Tash groaned and swatted at him. He shook her again.

"You really need to get up, the Prefect wants to see us." John said with a little more urgency this time.

The pillow nearly flew off of her head as she sat up. Her eyes were wide with shock.

"What did you just say?" She asked frantically.

"There was a man at the door. He said the Prefect wants to see us immediately. He gave me this." John said and held out the piece of paper.

Tash snatched it from his hands and began reading it.

"FUCK SHIT!" Tash yelled out. "THAT FUCKING BITCH!"

John was getting increasingly worried now. Tash jumped out of the bed and started digging for her clothes.

"Tash? What's going on? Talk to me." John said becoming very concerned by his girlfriends frantic movements.

Tash was still digging for clothes. She found some panties and a bra and put them on as quickly as possible, swearing in both her native language and English at the same time. She didn't even bother to wash herself off from the previous night's activities before she donned a shirt and pants. Only when that was done did she turn to John.

"That BITCH is trying to get me exiled!" Tash said angrily, now grabbing her shoes and equipment. "Apparently she didn't like me breaking her ass so she's swinging her prissy pure blood tits around to her family in the colonial government!" When she grabbed her purse and put on her translator she walked over to John, still in shock, and looked him straight in the eyes.

"She's trying to take you by government order."

"What the fuck?" John said, both alarmed and confused. He was now gearing himself up as well. "Do I not get a say in this?"

Once he had put on his leg braces, shoes and jacket Tash grabbed him by the hand and lead him to the door.

"Of course you do," She said, a little calmer now. "That's why we're meeting with the Prefect."

John had so many more questions but Tash was in no mood to answer. She dragged him out the hotel room door and nodded to the male Kai'ani.

"We're ready." She said to him.

He simply nodded and beckoned them to follow. In the hotel lobby they were met by another two Kai'ani in very official looking clothing. They ushered the couple into a waiting vehicle. It sort of looked like to John a large car that he would have seen on earth, except taller and more accommodating to Kai'ani physiology and style. The whole ride, which took about ten minutes, was in complete silence.

Tash never once let go of John's hand. She was squeezing harder than normal and looked on the verge of a panic attack. The Prefect's building was another one of the organic architecture designs. Very unassuming if you didn't know better. They were escorted inside and through several different rooms before finally coming to a large set of double doors. One of the Kai'ani aides opened it and nearly pushed the couple inside.

They were in a fairly large chamber. John took a look around. The walls were adorned with intricate patterns, meshing well with the wooden floors and high ceiling. A massive chandelier hung from the roof. John wasn't sure if it was made from crystal or glass but the concentric circles of its design cast very eye pleasing shadows along the walls and floor.

At the center of the room there was a chair, plush and luxurious looking. There were cushions on the floor throughout the room, obviously meant as the sitting arrangements. Khera was there, sitting on one of them near the center chair. John could see Tash's nostrils flare at the sight of her. Upon further inspection John could see that Khera had several bruises on her face and a couple of small white bandages. John had to admit, Tash really did a number on her.

Tash lead John by the hand to a set of cushions flanking the chair and opposite of Khera. Neither woman exchanged words, but glares of death most certainly were. The trio sat there in silence for what seemed like an eternity before a door at the far end of the room opened. A Kai'ani about the size of Tash entered the room. She wore fairly vibrant and complex patterned robes, much different from what John was used to seeing in the streets. This Kai'ani was much older than all of them in the room if the wrinkles on her face were any judge.

"Is that the Prefect?" John asked, whispering into Tash's ear.

She gave him a slap on the arm and told him to be quiet. He supposed that was all the answer he needed as the regal looking woman sat down in the chair between the two parties. She got comfortable and then cleared her throat.

"State your names." She said in a solid voice that seemed to command respect. The woman nodded towards Khera first.

"I am Artasia Tei Khera, first in line of the Tei family." Khera said with confidence and a slightly snarky undertone.

The regal Kai'ani nodded and turned towards Tash and himself.

"I am Vakal K'Shon Tashaiea, fourth in line of the K'Shon family." Tash said proudly.

John supposed it was his turn as all eyes were on him.

"I am John Henry Baird. Um..." John paused for a moment. He didn't exactly have a family line so he said the first things that came to mind. "I am the first child of David and Emily Baird."

The elder Kai'ani nodded, apparently accepting that answer and then spoke herself.

"And I am Artasia Tei Nell, Matriarch of the Tei family and Prefect of this colony."

Seeing as how the formal introductions were now complete, the Matriarch seemed to relax slightly. She turned back to John.

"Now that that is out of the way, I have to ask. What exactly are you my child?" The previous commanding tone had now given way to a more friendly and curious one.

John didn't hesitate in his response. "I'm a Human from Earth in the Sol system."

The Matriarch's eyes seemed to light up.

"Ah, a human. I've heard about what your people have done to the Breten Hvas. Good riddance. There are many people who owe your people a deep debt of gratitude."

John wasn't sure what possessed him to say this but he did anyways.

"I actually used to be a soldier. I fought in combat against the Hvas many times."

The Matriarch made a humming noise then spoke up again.

"That does explain a few things." She mused. "Are you still a soldier?"

"No" John responded, kicking out one of his legs and rolling up the pant leg. "I was injured in combat and cannot serve anymore."

It wasn't exactly a lie. The drop that had crippled him was an active combat drop. He would have seen combat had he not broken his legs.

"I see, so you are a retired injured soldier." The Matriarch said, essentially repeating what John had just finished saying.

He nodded. "I am."

"So what brings you to our colony?" The Matriarch asked again.

"I have been traveling with Tash... I'm sorry, Tashaiea for a few months now. I thought it would be nice to take her to see one of her peoples, I mean your peoples, worlds."

Before John could say any more on the subject he was interrupted by Khera.

"Matriarch, I don't see what this has to do with the matter I brought to you!" She said in a fairly annoyed tone.

The Matriarch turned her attention away from John and towards Khera. Her look looked like it was sharp enough to cut steel.

"I decide what information is important, not you Khera. Another outburst like that and I'll have you thrown out."

Khera very promptly shut her mouth. John could see that she was fuming. The Matriarch turned back to John.

"Please excuse my granddaughter. She can be a little hot headed at times." The elder Kai'ani said in an apologetic and slightly snarky tone. "Now, you said you were traveling to see one of our worlds. Was she not on one of our worlds?"

It was Tash's turn to pipe up.

"No Matriarch. I was living on a Voss colony world when I met John." She stated.

"Ah, you have my sincerest apologies my child. Voss worlds are nearly inhospitable rocks." The Matriarch said. "I'm glad you've decided to come back. It's always a joy to see a wayward child come home."

"Thank you Matriarch." Tash said, bowing slightly. "I just hope I am able to stay."

The Matriarch made her humming noise again.

"I suppose that is what we are here to see." The old woman mused. She shifted in her chair and stretched. "Well I suppose we should begin then. Vakal K'Shon Tashaiea, you accepted a challenge to your claim of this male, John Henry Baird, by my granddaughter. Is this true?"

Tash nodded. "Yes Matriarch. She tried to claim John and I gave a challenge."

"You gave the challenge. I see." The Matriarch said, pursing her lips with her hand. "And what was the result of this challenge?"

Tash straightened herself up. "I won fairly in bare fisted combat."

"You won fairly you say." The elder Kai'ani paused and looked at Khera. "That is not what my granddaughter claims. She claims that you used tricks and distractions to gain and unfair advantage and ultimately win."

"Yes that's right!" Khera said with another outburst. She pointed at John. "The male was giving her directions and information!"

"Khera," The Matriarch said sternly. "I warned you about outburst." The Matriarch shifted again. "However, since this is part of your claim I'll allow it. But I must ask you this Khera. Is it illegal for the male to comment on the fight?" Her grandmother asked, already knowing the answer.

"Well... No." Said Khera. "But he was doing so in his native language so I couldn't hear the information!"

The Matriarch now turned to John. "Is this true? Were you speaking in your native language?"

"Yes." John replied. "I don't know any of the Kai'ani languages so I was speaking in my native language of English."

"And you understand this language?" She was now addressing Tashaiea.

"Yes, I studied it when I was younger. Talking with John has helped me a lot." Tash replied.

The Matriarch hummed again.

"An interesting choice of study." The old woman said, mulling the information over in her head. "As far as I know it is not illegal to speak in one's native language either. And since John does not speak any of our dialects it is completely reasonable for him to comment on the fight in his native one. Regardless of if Tashaiea can understand it or not."

"But she can understand it!" Khera almost yelled.

"Khera." The stern tone of the Matriarch was back. "You do not have a legal argument to challenge this claim. So unless you have some other argument I have no choice but to dismiss the challenge altogether."

"What about the alien's distraction?" Khera almost blurted out before the Matriarch could finish her sentence. "He fought three of my suitors in an attempt to distract me!"

The Matriach turned to John.

"John," She began. "What do you have to say to this?"

John sat up a little straighter as he remembered the fight.

"Her suitors were the ones who attacked me." John stated. "I was simply defending myself."

John could hear Khera start up again. "But... but he put Tallal in the hospital! He broke his arm, wrist and jaw! And Vivan has a concusion!"

John interrupted before Khera could get any more in.

"Tallal did try to shoot me." John retorted.

"But... but..." Khera continued before her grandmother cut her off.

That's enough Khera!" The Matriarch nearly shouted. "You have been in contempt of this entire court! If I hear but one more word from you without being addressed so help me I will have you thrown in prison! Granddaughter be damned!"

Khera promptly shut up. A fear of god had now taken over her demeanor. John couldn't help but smile.

"Now, my eye witnesses do tell me that Tallal did indeed instigate the fight with John and did attempt to shoot him with a firearm. Tallal's own sore lack of Judgement is the only thing to blame here." The Matriarch continued. "And Vivan attempting to take advantage of the situation and attack John as well is his own fault." The Matriarch composed herself.

"I can see that John is a victim of circumstance here. He did not even want Tashaiea to fight in the challenge! It is plain to me that John Henry Baird should remain rightfully in the care of Vakal K'Shon Tashaiea as he will be infinitely more cared for." The Matriarch decreed and then smiled at John. "Not that he needs it, it seems. I have a feeling that he will be core caring to Tashaiea than I could ever imagine. As different a concept it seems, I can appreciate it. And it is much better than your idea Khera of simply having him, quote, 'for fun'." The matriarch stood up.

"The claim of Vakal K'Shon Tashaiea of this male, John Henry Baird, is solidified and the challenge of Artasia Tei Khera is void."

Tash, who had been silent nearly this entire time, suddenly let out one of the happiest squeels John had ever heard. She grabbed him and hugged him as hard as she could. Khera looked devastated. John surmised that she did not expect the events to unfold like they had. John was just glad it was over.

He had no idea what he would do if he lost Tash. She had become his life, his reason for getting up in the morning. Tash seemed, obviously, equally as glad as the hug persisted for some time. Eventually she began to let up, briefly pulling away and looking over at Khera. When Khera looked back Tash stuck her tongue out at her.

Khera looked confused at the gesture but it didn't last long before her anger won out and she stood up and stomped off out of the chamber. John ran his fingers through Tash's hair and gave her a kiss on the top of her head.

"You two are the strangest couple I have ever met. But I'm glad you helped me teach my granddaughter a lesson in humility." The Matriarch said, smiling at the couple. "She has a long has to go yet. I really do have to have a long talk with my daughter about her." The Matriarch let out a long and heavy sigh.

"Now the two of you on your feet, go. Someone will escort you back to your hotel." The Matriarch said, making a shooing motion.

The couple got up on their feet, stole one last kiss from each other, and proceeded to walk hand in hand out the way they came. Just as the Matriarch had said, there was someone waiting for them as they exited the chamber. The aide lead them back through the Prefect's building and back to the same vehicle, if not a similar one, that they had been brought in.

Once again the ride was in silence. This time however there was an air of relief in the cabin. They arrived at the hotel, were dropped off and greeted by the hotel lobby staff. The silence continued all the way up until they had reached the elevator. Once inside and the door sealed, Tash pounced on John. The two engaged in a furious and passionate kiss, almost forgetting to tell the elevator to move.

Once they had reached their floor John broke the kiss, much to the protest of Tash. He scooped her up and carried her the rest of the way into their room. Only when they were safely inside did either of them speak.

"Mineral tub? Asked Tash.

"Mineral tub" Replied John.

And that was where they stayed.
