I picked up my phone, starting a text to him, but put the phone back down when my brain engaged. I remembered the charges; their laws said humans who found out had to be killed.
I couldn't tell anyone, not until I could talk to Vic in private.
Maybe I shouldn't say anything.
I needed to know more before I could decide.
The feed stopped, and I used my system administrator rights to find the webpage and login they had used. Bringing it up, I found a site titled "Werewolf Council Proceedings." Underneath were recordings of earlier broadcasts, including several from the trial of Rori and Chase. That wasn't what caught my eye.
Chase Nygaard was on there as well, the trial videos labeled "Asylum for Heather Rhodes."
I put my headphones back on and clicked on the first link.

Ravey19about 2 years agoCan it get much worse for the arrowhead pack? Frank is incognito for want of a better word, Heather has been sentenced to death, and now Spider knows so she has to be careful. Rori and Chase need to start changing Council laws but can they get enough support. Will Heather and Spider be changed? Can the process be repeated and what are the risks?

This is a new twist, looking forward to seeing JUST HOW FAR a pregnant super-hacker is willing to go to protect her baby. My guess is pretty far. I thought you were going to shuffle this character off to the side, but now it looks like she'll be playing a much bigger role going forward.

You could have 500 Steel Brotherhood bikers roll up to the Council headquarters and advise the Council that there won't be a single werewolf left when they finish, if the Council doesn't get its collective head out of its ass! Yeah! That'll work!
