Entertaining Story and Comments

First, this is an entertaining story. Risq posted a long and thoughtful comment about how unrealistic the plot is, which is a valid point of view, but I agree with Hawkeye that this is more in the vein of light hearted satirical entertainment. Second, several have commented a out the wife not being able to change. This is probably valid. I have a friend who is a psychiatrist, and he says that he can coach a narcissistic person through a situation, but if the same situation happens two years later, he will have to coach them again. So unless the wife gets a large amount of help and support, she isn't going to make it. Third, KK commented that the story reads well the second time and I agree with him. RPS is indeed an excellent writer.

Ib_SaysIb_Saysover 7 years ago

This is not really an ending, it's just as incomplete as the first chapter.

That aside, it boggles the mind that the husband would stay married to a serial cheater who has fucked a bunch of men for over half of their marriage.

Well

You certainly wrote a story about two people who deserve one another, no one can take that away from you at least.

Divorce Her

Once a cheater, always a cheater....he'd be better off without her.

Ib_SaysIb_Saysabout 7 years ago

Why the hell would Linda think that he would be happy with or should stay with a serial cheater? It's retarded how Linda is sacrificing her own happiness, rather than try making him happy herself.

On the bright side, you can get off by reading the title while watching your wife getting banged by 3 dudes. Live a happy life.

I'd Prefer A BTB Ending

A few funny lines in this one, but not an ending that satisfies my personal reality. The setup gave you a lot of room to craft a funny story, but I agree with others who say "no way" he stays with a serial cheater.

A brilliant story

One of the best around. This was a cunning man. Grace had little grace, but she was an amusing look at the prototypical member of the me generation. That "fulfillment" word she kept tossing around came back to bite her in the butt. Masterfully handled, well written and plotted. A favorite, for sure.

Thoughts

“She loved him enough to give him up for his happiness.” – Funny, SHE loves him enough to give him up for his happiness, yet YOU, who presumably loves him beyond all others, doesn’t love him enough to give up her outside lovers!

“I want you back, but I don't know if I deserve a chance to show you I can change.” – That helps, not just ASKING for another chance, but admitting that she might not deserve it.

“I didn't know how to love him fully” – That’s why she should reconsider his request that she get counseling.

Deal Breaker

Sweetie (strongly) implied that she had mostly tolerated his amorous endeavors for their entire marriage, in large part because ... well, he didn't have a large part! Not much a guy can do to fix that (well, sleeves MIGHT help, but they might not! And I imagine they don't feel too natural to the wearer!)

I cannot see how you establish a good sexual partnership with a woman who has been distainful of your equipment for the duration of your relationship. And for Sweetie, why she would think she can 'get over' an unfulfilling sex life! If you like each other, just become friends (without benefits.)

Three years of screwing around and he takes her back?

Absolutely Ridiculous Story

1. He comes in sees her nude with another man’s cum dripping out of her pussy while the other man runs out the door.

2. She nonchalantly tells him she has been cheating on him for 3 out of the 5 years they’ve been married.

3. She tells him he is not enough for her sexually, she needs more. A real ego booster.

4. She tells him she will never stop no matter what he does.

5. Even outside the cheating he feels she is not that great a wife or companion and extremely self-centered.

After all that he doesn’t immediately dump her, but instead makes extreme effort to show her how she was wrong with the likely outcome that she will repeat down the road. Oh yeah he is a major enabler. I can see why she blames his sorry ass for her self-centerdness.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 6 years ago
Not Much More...

... to say that the two anonymous comments below this haven't already said.

A completely ridiculous story. A dozen men and cheating during 60% of their marriage, and he takes her back.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 6 years ago
And chapter 1 was sooo good....

It makes the ending to this one even more painful.

As Annon on 2/6/18 so nicely summarizes, there is no reason in hell to stay with this shrew wife.

Such a let down after chapter 1.

AnonymousAnonymousalmost 6 years ago
meh

if she was having an affair for a short while...like a month...maayyybbe she'd be on a short leash.

she has tainted literally 60% of their marriage. 3 out of 5 years were full of lies and disrespect. it taints all the good memories, and only further damaged the bad ones.

i don't find this to be a love story. "oh, i'm upset you cheated. but now that you know that i can cheat too, i guess i'll just have to not do that so we can work on our marriage."

i hate to say it, as someone that's been cheated on, it damages you and your relationships completely. the more it happens, the worse it gets. it literally gets worse. and then you start to cheat on others. it's just a vicious toxic cycle. my advice to anyone that's been cheated on: GET OUT OF THAT RELATIONSHIP.

Otherwise you'll just lose more trust in others and start screwing over others, just to not feel like the gullible rube. And hell, maybe the cheater will learn something...love is ALWAYS conditional. Unconditional love sounds romantic on paper, but it's just throwing away your soul to serve someone else as a slave. You'll lose your self respect, friends, possessions, health, all of it....because a taker will continue to take.

Why even bother trying to reconcile with the selfish whore? Linda was basically an upgrade in every way.

The first chapter was a brilliant twist to the cheating wife story, but the ending felt like a let down.

Ugh... You had a good thing going.

There is a reason I avoid stories in this category that are told in chapter. This story (and another that I recall reading) is an example as to why. For the longest time, I've had a personal complaint that the first story was incomplete. That was mainly because I was unaware there was a sequel to it. I have just now read this sequel and of all the endings that could've been used, this is most rushed and least likely ending that could fit this story.

You had a good thing going with the first chapter, but this ending just drops the ball.

I usually prefer to not rate at all than give a story 1-star, but it needs to be acknowledged that this ending is very poor.

This continuation brought to mind a song. Only the suit of the song does not apply.

From a Jack to a King.

This follow up deserves a more accurate title.

From a King to a deuce. The first story should have ended as it was.The RACC crowd will really love this ending. They must be squirming in the chairs by the bed. Of course with the new normal that most of the younger generations accept. This must seem acceptable. Well when women complain about there not being any real men out there. Remember that you got what you wanted. There are real men out there. They just don't have anything to do with these enlightened women. And the women who are with them would not allow them to even have a chance to ruin what they have. Real men put their woman's needs and wants first to a limit. And real women put their man's needs first to a limit. It is a partnership built on love and respect. It is no surprise that modern wedding vows have changed to make the couples saying them feel enlightened. Well the "lightened" part should make them feel safe and warm.

The wedding vows are not meant to be simple and taken lightly. It is a pact between a man and a woman to put each other first and hold that union sacred. Its probably a good thing that modern marriages don't use the original vows. Why commit to something that you don't have the character, maturity, steadfastness or fortitude to uphold. Oh well, this is to be expected from a generation that can't take responsibility for their own actions. I mean if they used the traditional vows who would they have to blame when they realized they are to weak to keep them.

Re-Clark Kent or Superman

A man finds out that his wife has been cheating on him for 3 years and still have the tendency to forgive her. I just want to believe that it is just a story, it can't happen in real life.

AnonymousAnonymousover 4 years ago
Small problem

I simply don't think she's learned a long term lesson. She may change for awhile, but in the long run she is who she is and she'll revert to having lovers again. Bad ending. I'll think of my own ending wherein he hides most of their assets and divorces her.

Kind of anti-climatic. The second chapter was unneeded. It is a shame that authors feel compelled by critics to alter their work. It is after all their work. Screw the critics.

I Dunno

I didn’t know what to expect from this second part of the story. In fact I had to hunt for it since it wasn’t in the same category as the first part. I didn’t care much for “part 2”, just as I didn’t care much for “part 1”. But after reading it I think I know why the author put this part in the non-erotic section. Had he put it in Loving Wives, the sequel, and probably the author, would have been crucified by the critics there. Those folks are brutal. I didn’t care much for the story because I thought both of the main characters in it were foolish beyond belief. But hey, to each his own.

SexecutionerSexecutionerabout 3 years ago

When the slut wife cheats, she breaks the marriage contract. Ergo Barry should have been making love to the other women. And I say making love cause that's going to hurt the cheating cunt more than just banging them. But as usual, like most every other author on here, they just can't give the husband proper retribution. And the cheating wife the necessary punishment they deserve.

Three years of her fucking around. Accepting that makes him a true world class cuck. Simply not acceptable in any way. Very weak story and not well done. He clearly lacks any self esteem of any kind. Low score.....

1 star - I lost interest in this story when the wife explained she was going to continue fucking other men.

GAME OVER -- ONCE&DONE - send in the next candidate

The husband needs to kick the adulterous, skanky, bitch, slut to the curb. It would be faster and easier to find someone new, rather than waste the time trying to retrain the crazy slut he has now.

Wow, I like reading the comments, since they're sometimes more interesting than the story (definitely not in this case) and they quite a few times pick up on some discrepancy I've missed. But these- pure vitriol, except for 26NC, not reading too far down. Some folks just don't have a clue what humor is, and these 2 stories are FULL of humor. Brilliant, at times. Not to be taken too seriously.

This writer delivered a great message, regardless of if you agree with the theme. This story is extremely well written. Character development was address very well as the story was told. Forget the sentence structure, the ending and all that "stuff". It is pointed, very funny and consistent. The story was told so Grace could finally got to a point where she understands her lack of almost every human emotion except selfish. Naturally most men would BTB her in hell. Naturally, also those actions would negate the whole story. One last point, I doubt this mrriage will survive. Grace will eventually return to her true character and the husband will find a woman he deserves. This is your second story I have read. The first had 84 chapters and I could not put it down. Bravo. It still feels unfinished. It is far too easy to talk the talk, and hard as hell to actually walk the walk. Has she finally learned that actions have consequences? Probably not.

AnonymousAnonymous7 months ago

Finish the damn story. What a waste of time!!!

AnonymousAnonymous7 months ago

Great story so far but still lacking an ending. Still two different ways it could go. Grace might go to counseling or learn to be or selfish some other way. Or, she could fail and Barry could ride or into the sunset with Tina or Linda while Grace suffers from a bad STD.

Where's FTDS when we need him? To bad he's not around anymore.

Not quite sure why he would want to give her a chance, 'old habits die hard' the only one i can see. Her epiphany is just reaction to his effectively ultimatum and unlikely to work long term with daily business as usual - and short leash would bring resentment. Love without trust and respect is not foundation for a strong relationship

AnonymousAnonymous3 months ago

Keeping her just teaches her to hid her adultery better. Worse, the lack of consequences encourages other women to betray their husbands. For his good, and the good of all mankind, she must be removed from his life in a horrific, and humiliating manner. Other women need to quake in their boots at the thought of ending up like her!
