Mr. Jackson smiled. "Well stated Wendell. I feel exactly the same way."

I nodded. "Okay, do you think we could hire an architect?"

Mr. Jackson grinned at me. "Damn right. We're going to hire the best architectural firm in the country and before we meet with them you're going to chair several meetings during which all of us will get to talk about what we want in this house. We have the space and the money. Everyone should be able to get exactly what they want. Antoine should have his basketball court and I hope all of us, even Wendell and Elvira will play basketball with him."

Kirby shook his head. "He'll kill us."

Keisha laughed. "No he won't. Kelly, Tonya, Mandy, Elvira and I will all take turns guarding him. Every time he goes up to shoot we'll grab his dick. His shots will never even hit the rim."

Antoine turned to Keisha. "Hey, that's not fai..." Suddenly he stopped and smiled. "Every time I go up to shoot?"

Nodding, Keisha said;"That's right."

Antoine grinned. "This could be fun. Can we play shirts and skins?"

Kelly giggled. "How about shirts and shorts. One team wears shirts but no shorts and the other team wears shorts but no shirts."

Barry looked at everyone. "Do you want to make an offer on this house?" He was again trying to get us back on task.

Everyone turned to me.

I said, "I have one more question."

He nodded. "Okay, what is it?"

"What about zoning issues. If anyone looks at our plans they'll certainly realize that we're turning this into a multiple dwelling. I'm not a lawyer, but couldn't that be a problem?"

Mr. Jackson smiled. "It might be a problem, but I'm sure we can get around it."

"It won't be a problem." Barry was smiling too.

We all looked at him. He said, "Follow me, I'll show you why."

We followed Barry around to the front of the house. Once we were all in the front yard he pointed at the two houses directly across the street. "Do you see the building that connects those two houses? They have essentially done the same thing you're planning to do, only they did it by buying two houses and joining them together."

Mr. Jackson asked, "And no one objected to what they did?"

"No, as long as you keep it tasteful and match the exterior of anything you build to the exterior of the original house, nobody will object." He paused for a moment and then he added. "I'm certain that the people across the street won't object."

Tonya looked at him. "Why are you certain about that?"

"Because I know them. I sold them those two houses and I've been to several of their parties." Barry smiled. "Do you remember the people I told you about the last time we looked at houses."

Nodding, Tonya answered; "Yes., of course we do."

"They live across the street."

"April Hansen lives across the street?" Kelly was staring at Barry in amazement. April Hansen was of course a legend at Kelroy College and Kelly has always been particularly enamored with that legend."

"That's right, she and her husband Mark live in the house on the left."

"Can we meet them?" Kelly was excited.

"Actually, they're eager to meet all of you. As soon as we're finished looking at this house I'm going to call them. They'll come outside so that I can introduce you to each other." He paused for a moment and then he asked; "So, what do you want to do about this house?"

Everyone looked at me.

I turned to Mr. Jackson and Mr. Tyler. "I understand that you want me to be the point man for this project. I gladly accept that responsibility and I'll try to do the best job I can for you, but I would really appreciate it if you could handle the financial negotiations. You're both a lot more experienced at it than I am and frankly the amount of money were discussing scares me to death."

Mr. Jackson patted my shoulder. "We understand. We'll be glad to do that for you."

He looked around at the entire group. "Is this the house?"

We all looked at each other. After a moment everyone said, "Yes."

"Is there anyone who has even the smallest concern? We can always talk about it for a day or two."

All of us shook our heads.

Tonya said, "Martin, this house is perfect for us. We shouldn't risk losing it."

Keisha nodded. "I agree."

Kelly squeezed my hand and whispered, "Timmy, this is so exciting. It really is going to happen."

"Yes it is."

"Last chance, does anyone object or even simply wish to wait?" He made it a point to make individual eye contact with each one of us. When no one responded he turned to Mr. Tyler. "Wendell, do you see any problems?"

Mr. Tyler shook his head. "No Martin, I think it's a go."

"Do you see any reason to hold back?"

Again Mr. Tyler shook his head. "No, Tonya's right. This is exactly what we want. Let's be sure we get it."

Nodding Mr. Jackson said, "I agree." He turned to Barry. "How much are they asking?"

"A million four hundred thousand."

"Tell them we'll pay a million five and we want to close in a month."

Barry grinned. "I'll write up the paperwork this afternoon."

Everyone cheered.

Still grinning, Barry said; "It think it's time for you to meet your new neighbors." He took out his cell phone and keyed in a number. A moment later he said; "Hi Brenda, we're done over here. It's time for you to come outside so that I can introduce everyone." After a short pause he said, "Great, we'll see you in a minute."

Barry switched off his cell phone and turned to all of us. "Let's go across the street. They'll be out in a minute."

As we were crossing the street Mr. Jackson put his hand on my shoulder and said, "There's a well known Architecture firm in Chicago; Bellamy, Lampert and Cordosian. We've done business with them in the past. If it's all right with you, I'd like to use them on the house."

I smiled at Mr. Jackson. "Sir, I really will need your direction on this project. If you think..."

Patting my shoulder, Mr. Jackson interrupted me. "Timmy, I understand and I will give you all the guidance and assistance you need, but I also want you to understand something."

"What's that sir?"

"During the past two weeks I've come to the realization that you are a very talented young man with a unique ability. Timmy, when you look at a forest you have the capacity to also see each individual tree. Very few people have that ability. I don't, John doesn't. Wendell does, but Wendell is getting older and he's now going to want to spend increasing amounts of time with Elvira. The firm needs you."

"Sir I'm not sure that I want to..."

"Don't worry Timmy, I'll leave you with plenty of time to write your novel and you'll still have the column to write for Ellen's newspaper, but Timmy, I need you too. Will you help us? I promise that I'll respect your reticence."

"Yes, of course I will, but you'll have to be patient with me. I'm kind of new at all of this."

Mr. Jackson laughed. "Patient we can be. Now this is what I want you to do. On Monday you and Kirby are going to see to my tailor and get fitted for several business suits. He'll also need to get a couple of rack suits for you because you're both going to need something presentable right away."

"What are we doing?"

"You're going to Chicago on Tuesday for a preliminary meeting with the architects. Monday morning Janet Collins will make the appointment and set up the travel arrangements."

"Is Kirby going with me?"

"No, Tuesday Tonya and Kirby are flying to Boston to take Don Kline and his wife out to dinner." Mr. Jackson smiled at me. "At this moment we are in a very good position to cement a solid working relationship with Don Kline and his group. I am going to do everything in my power to accomplish that goal."

"Could Elvira go to Chicago with me?"

Mr. Jackson shook his head. "No, Tuesday evening were having a party at Eagle Lake for an investment group from Phoenix. With Tonya in Boston, I'll need Elvira here to facilitate everything for that party."

"That means that Kelly, Mandy and Keisha are all going to have to stay here too, doesn't it."

"I'm afraid it does Timmy."

"Antoine too."

"Yes, Antoine too."

"Does that mean I have to go to Chicago alone?"

"I think you could handle it by yourself, but I'm going to send an assistant with you."

"Janet Collins?"

Mr. Jackson smiled. "No, not Janet Collins. She always stays in the office. Wendell will go with you."

"Mr. Tyler?"

"Yes, Mr. Tyler."

"As my assistant?"

"No Timmy, not really. Wendell will be going as your mentor. He likes you Timmy. For the next year his job is going to be to train you to be a businessman."

I started to protest.

Mr. Jackson quickly added, "A part time businessman Timmy. Someone we can occasionally call on to handle special projects for us. Will you do that Timmy?"

"Yes Mr. Jackson, I'll do that."

By the time we'd crossed the street people were coming out of both houses. As all of us converged on the sidewalk in front of the two houses Barry walked over to a tall, very attractive, busty brunette who appeared to be in her late thirties. "Good morning Brenda."

She smiled. "Good morning Barry, are we going to have new neighbors?"

"It certainly looks that way."

Waving at all of us, Brenda said; "Hi I'm Brenda Adams. Welcome to the neighborhood." She gestured towards the group standing immediately behind her and then pointed to the house on the left. "Most of us live in that house."

Another brunette about the same age as Brenda stepped forward. "Hi I'm Madeline Conrad. Everyone calls me Maddie."

Next to her, a very athletic looking blond a few years younger than Madeline and Brenda said; "I'm April Hansen."

I heard Kelly's breath catch.

April turned and placed her hand on the shoulder of a slightly built man standing a half step behind her. "This is my husband, Mark Peters."

Brenda walked over to another man of about the same build and stature as April's husband. "This is my husband, Bobby Franklin."

Maddie turned to a tall handsome black man standing next to her. "And this is my husband, Jamal Wright."

Kelly leaned over and whispered, "Timmy, that's Jamal Wright."

I nodded. "Yes it is."

There were four people standing at the rear of this group. Three of them were women. They were all very attractive, immaculately coiffed and groomed, middle aged blonds. The fourth was a middle aged man of similar stature to Mark and Bobby

April moved so that she was standing next to them. "These are our very dear friends; Jessica Townsend, Helen Darcy, Lorraine Milton and Morris Fredericks." As April said their names each of them waved.

When April introduced Morris Fredericks, Martin Jackson leaned over to Wendell Tyler and said, "Isn't this an amazing coincidence."

As soon as the introductions of the people from the house on our left were completed, we all turned our attention to the three women and four men who'd come from the house on the right.

The three women were all attractive blonds in their late twenties. One was tall and slender with ash blond hair. The next was a slightly shorter, bleached blond with a smile that could have charmed even the most dour old curmudgeon. The third was another ash blond, but she wasn't tall and slender. She was shorter with a soft supple body, milky white skin and an absolutely amazing bust.

Three of the men were about the same build and stature as April and Brenda's husband's Mark and Bobby. Two of these men appeared to be in their late twenties. The third was a little older, probably about thirty-six. The fourth man, standing at the rear of the group, was quite a bit older. I guessed that he was probably in his early fifties. He was also much taller and appeared to be very confident.

The tall slender blond stepped forward. Pointing to the house on the right, she said; "We live there. I'm Sandra Monroe." She nodded towards one the two younger men. "That's my husband, Stevie Wagner." And then she turned and pointed at the tall distinguished looking man standing at the rear of the group. "And that's my boyfriend, Jason Mathews."

Tonya whispered, "I already like these people."

Kelly giggled. "Yes, I do too. I think they're just like us."

The bleached blond with the engaging smile stepped forward. "I'm Julie Gordon." She walked over to the older of the three slightly built men, gabbed him by the arm and pulled him forward. "And this handsome devil is my husband, Ricky Norman."

Everyone turned and looked at the blond with the large bust. She didn't say anything. It was obvious that she was very shy. Julie quickly walked over and protectively took her hand. "This is Roxanne Mitchell."

The third slightly built man stepped forward. "And I'm her husband, William Oliver."

Julie giggled. "You can call him Peewee."

William Oliver smiled as he shrugged and said, "You might as well, everyone else does."

All of us chuckled.

Tonya stepped forward. "I'm Tonya Lewis and this handsome devil next to me is Kirby Lundquist."

Next to me, Kelly said; "I'm Kelly Mason and this is my babydoll, Timmy Jamieson."

Everyone chuckled at the term of endearment Kelly had used. I flushed.

Keisha saved me from further embarrassment by immediately stepping forward. "I'm Keisha Edwards." Then reaching back and pulling Antoine forward so that he was standing next to her, she added; "And this is my fiance Antoine Carter."

Mandy walked over, took Mr. Jackson by the arm and led him forward. "I'm Mandy Wells and this is my fiance, Martin Jackson."

Elvira took Mr. Tyler by the hand and said, "And I'm Elvira Higgins and this is my sweetie, Wendell Tyler."

I glanced at Mr. Tyler and was totally amazed to see that my soon to be mentor was blushing.

As soon as Elvira was finished with her introduction Jason Mathews stepped forward and said, "Hey Martin; are you, Wendell and John still spending all of your time making rich people richer?"

Mr. Jackson laughed. "That does seem to be what we do. Are you still spending all of your time setting crooks free."

Jason Mathews grinned at him. "As many as I can." He looked at Wendell Tyler. "How are you Wendell?"

Mr. Tyler smiled. "Jason, I'm getting old."

He laughed. "Aren't we all. I'm happy to see that you finally got a girlfriend."

Grinning, Mr. Tyler put his arm around Elvira. "Once in a while the sun even shines on an old dog like me." And then he said; "Ellie, this is Jason Mathews. Jason is the top defense attorney in this city."

Jason smiled.

Mr. Jackson said; "Wendell, Jason isn't the only old friend we have here."

"Yes, I see him too Martin. I could never miss one of our old business partners." Mr. Tyler smiled and said, "How are you Morris?"

Morris Fredericks answered, "I'm all right Wendell. The grapevine tells me that you, Martin and John are still chasing after the big money."

Martin nodded. "That we are. Any possibility that we could talk you into rejoining us?"

Morris shook his head. "Not a chance. Lawrence and I have plenty of money, now we're just trying to enjoy life." He laughed. "Once you have that first hundred million everything else is really overkill."

Smiling, Martin said; "That is, without a doubt, the truth; but it's still fun to play the game. Don't you ever miss it?"

"Lawrence and I still dabble a little bit. We're part of a small financial group and of course, I still have my company. That keeps both of us busy enough."

Wendell Tyler asked, "How is Lawrence? It's been at least a dozen years since we've seen either of you."

Morris grinned. "Why don't you ask him. He's standing right next to me."

There was a hushed silence. Everyone was staring at the blond woman standing next to Morris. After a moment she said, "Wendell, Martin; it's nice to see you again."

Martin Jackson shook his head and laughed. "Lawrence Milton and Lorraine Milton; of course, I should have figured it out."

I heard Kirby whisper to Tonya, "Did I hear that correctly? Is that woman really a..."

Tonya nodded. "I believe that's what they're telling us."

"Shit, she's gorgeous."

"Yes she is."

Helen Darcy picked up Lorraine's hand. As she held it she looked at Mr. Jackson and Mr. Tyler and said, "Gentlemen, my husband has many fond memories of his association with the two of you. He often talks about those times. He terminated that association because of me. This may shock you, but I am a very dominant woman and my husband is very submissive man. For the past twelve years Lawrence has lived as Lorraine, my transvestite maid."

Mr. Jackson smiled at her. "Please excuse me, I just had a lot of new names thrown at me. You're Helen, correct?"

She nodded. "Yes, I'm Helen Darcy."

"Helen, we're not shocked." He smiled. "Well actually, I think my friend Kirby is a little amazed, but that's because my old friend makes a rather attractive woman."

Looking at Kirby, Helen smiled and said; "He does look good, doesn't he."

Kirby flushed.

Helen laughed. "Oh I like him.' She turned to Tonya. "Is he your boyfriend?

Tonya smiled. "Yes he is."

"Is he submissive?"

"Yes, he's very submissive. His name is Kirby, but you can call him Cookie."

"Cookie, what a good name for a slave. May I assume that you're dominant?"

"With a submissive man I am."

Helen smiled. "That's an excellent answer. The question of dominance and subservience has so much to do with the personalities of the individuals involved."

Tonya nodded. "I agree."

Brenda asked, "Do you cuckold him?"

Smiling, Tonya answered; "Of course I do. That's one of the advantages of being in a relationship with a submissive man."

Helen looked at Kelly. "That incredibly cute young man standing next to you, I believe that you introduced him as your babydoll."

Kelly smiled. "He is my babydoll."

"Is he your boyfriend?'

"No, Timmy is my husband. My boyfriend isn't here.'

"But you do have a boyfriend."

"Yes, of course I do. From what you just told us, I assume that you do too."

"Yes I certainly do." Helen paused and smiled. After a moment she asked Kelly, "Is babydoll your slave?"

"Actually his name is Bunny. Babydoll is just a term of endearment that I use for him. And yes, he is my slave."

"How nice for you. We think that having a slave is one of the fine pleasures of life."

Kelly nodded. "All of us would certainly agree with that. We have three slaves in our group."

"Three?" After quickly perusing us Helen said; "There's Bunny and of course Tonya's Cookie is another, but who is the third?" She looked at Antoine. "I hope it's not this magnificent hunk of masculine splendor."

Keisha shook her head. "Absolutely not! My Antoine is one hundred percent certified stud."

Helen smiled. "That's a relief. Both Jessica and I were hoping that some evening we might be able to party with him." Looking at Antoine she asked, "Do you enjoy having two women at the same time?"

Antoine stared at Helen. There was a feral glint in his eyes that I'd never seen before. I heard Helen's breath catch. Suddenly I understood the real reason that the firm employed Antoine as a host and it wasn't because of his big cock. It was apparent that Antoine knew how to be the savage, untamed lover that many women craved.

After a moment he answered; "Yes, especially if the two women enjoy pleasing a man."

Helen took a deep breath and said, "Yes, I think that we definitely should try to get together." Looking at Keisha, she asked; "Would that be all right with you?"

"Could I spend that time entertaining your slave?"

Helen smiled. "Certainly, Lorraine is very skilled at satisfying the needs of woman."

"Does he still have all of his parts?" Keisha had just asked the question that was on all of our minds.

"Yes, I would never allow Lorraine to actually become a woman." She paused and then she added. "But he is locked in chastity and I would insist that he stay that way while he's entertaining you. April gives him a blow job once a week. That's the only relief he's allowed."
