Marlene could feel Rod shift his weight. Rolling to his side release his wife from her entrapment. Marlene didn't want to lose this feeling. Rod silenced her further protests with a finger to her lips. He gently kissed his wife's forehead to show his love and appreciation. Before he finally dropped the other shoe.

"Love, I could never hate you for what you did before me. I can only imagine what holding onto that secret has put you through. I'm glad you finally told me, remind me someday to tell you about Lucy..." he said with a wicked grin on his face.

"Who's that?"

"My cousin," Rod said with a chuckle.
