To the previous post pointing out that it's ridiculous that the V's were holding back with Guard and Rayne and they didn't have a clue? Or that ones as ancient as them aren't capable of kicking the V's assess? Guard is 6000 and Rayne 3000. He's part of the triumvirate and has magic, and Rayne is an Ancient V. Sorry, but they should be stronger. And again I'm going to say SO SHOULD THE REST OF THE ANCIENTS!!! Caleb! The Romanov Twins! The Ericksons! And Demetri FUCKING Bozic!!!!! DEMETRI BOZIC!!!! If there is any suspicious activity concerning the council, which there must have been as they sent Peitro to Europe and they are worried that someone on or near a member of the council has blown his cover, why don't they have the triumvirate meetbwith the council and check for spies like they do with becoming part of the Praetorians?

It's about time they stopped treating the Varcolac as children that need to be kept in the dark about their own safety. I couldn't imagine not being able to move about freely always needing permission to go anywhere or do anything not able to explore their world or challenge themselves or their own abilities...even as adults.
