Now, bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhalation and exhalation.

As you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in calmness and relaxation.

As you exhale, imagine that you are releasing any tension or stress that you may be holding onto.

Now, let the wave of relaxation move down to your eyes.

Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a beautiful staircase.

This staircase represents your journey into deeper relaxation.

On this staircase there are 15 steps, each one bringing you closer into trance.

Each step you take will guide you further into a state of profound tranquility and calmness.

As you take the first step down, imagine a wave of relaxation washing over your body, starting from the top of your head and flowing down through your entire being.

Feel any tension or tightness melting away, replaced by a sense of ease and serenity.

Fifteen... As you descend, imagine the gentle, warm glow of relaxation spreading through your body.

Fourteen... Feel the heaviness in your body dissipate, replaced by a lightness and a deep sense of peace.

Thirteen... Sink deeper into relaxation with each step you take.

With each step you take, allow yourself to sink even deeper into relaxation.

As you descend, notice the soft, clay material beneath your feet, cushioning your every step and inviting you to let go even further.

Twelve... Feel your muscles relax and your body becoming more at ease.

Eleven... Allow the tension to dissolve, replaced by a profound sense of calm.

As you continue down the staircase, the countdown continues:

Ten... Imagine the staircase enveloped in a serene, soothing light, guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Nine... Your breath becomes slower and more effortless, synchronized with the rhythm of your relaxed

state.

Eight... Let go completely, knowing that this journey leads to a place of ultimate relaxation.

As you reach the middle of the staircase, the countdown continues:

Seven... Now, Pause for a moment and fully immerse yourself in this profound sensation of tranquility.

Six... Feel the serenity surrounding you like a warm embrace, providing comfort and peace.

Five... Experience the depth of your relaxation, where your mind is clear, and your body is completely at ease.

With each step that takes you closer to the bottom of the staircase, the countdown continues:

Four... Enter an even deeper state of relaxation, feeling tensions release from every muscle, every fiber of your being.

As you finally reach the last step and step onto the ground, the countdown reaches its conclusion:
