Maddy stared at the back of the teacher's head and sighed. What she wouldn't give to be literally anywhere else right now. The wrinkled old crone that taught her math class had a voice like gravel and a personality to match. It drove Maddy crazy.

Maddy McGowan was in her senior year and was easily one of the best looking girls in the school. She had a sweet smile and a face so covered in freckles that it looked like her pale skin was fixed in a permanent blush. Her hair was a fluffy tangled mess of the most fiery orange. Her body had a shape like a milf in training. Her ass was wide and luscious, filling out her jeans until the seams were stretched. Her breasts were nearly the biggest in the entire school and she wasn't afraid to wear tank tops that bared her entire midriff and showed off indecent amounts of extremely freckled cleavage. If it wasn't for the lax dress codes at their school, she would've never gotten away with so much skin. Many boys and girls alike at the school tried to get her attention, but in the month since school had started, she hadn't had eyes for any that had come after her.

Instead, Maddy had her sights set on Bellinda Nosh, a Satyr two years her junior. Bell was a brand new student just transferred to this school this year and Maddy had been taken with her from the first day. She had been talking with her, sitting with her at lunch, and just generally trying to get to know her. It had been damn difficult though because she barely got any words back. Bell was sheepish and quiet. Maddy felt like she was getting to know her despite her quietness, and they had become at least some level of friends. Up until now it was like Bell was both blind and deaf to all of Maddy's attempts to seduce her. She never met her eyes, never spoke back with much more than single words, and it seemed like her mind was always focused on school or study. Maddy liked shopping and she liked sex. Both things she wanted share vigorously with her crush.

Maddy shook herself out of her daydreams and blinked. The bell was ringing, signifying the end of the period and the start of lunch. That meant another chance for her to flirt with her pretty Satyr dream.

Scooping up her binder and quickly stuffing it into her bag, she dashed for the door. She hit it and hurried down the hall and toward the open cafeteria doors. It looked like your average school cafeteria. Tables and chairs, a lunch counter along one wall, and a few windows looking out onto the small school grounds. Students had barely started to trickle in and she couldn't see Bell anywhere. So she grabbed a tray and headed through the lunch line.

She wasn't really paying attention to what she was getting. Her eyes kept sweeping the doors until what she sought came through them. As expected, her head was down and her eyes were fixed on a book in her hands.

Bell was a very pretty, as all Satyrs were, in a very natural way. She never wore jewelry or makeup. Her hair was a naturally shiny chocolate and it fell in thick waves to her lower back. Out of that hair grew a pair of branch-like antlers with three points each. They were covered in golden bark and Maddy noticed that they sometimes sprouted flowers or leaves. Her ears were like a doe's, soft and pointed from the sides of her head. She had deep, forest green eyes behind very thick glasses. Being a Satyr meant she was covered in thick, floofy fur from the waist down and hers was the creamiest soft white. Her legs ended in shiny charcoal black hooves. She didn't seem to like to show it off though as she was only ever seen in loose skirts that fell past her knees.

Always worn with the skirts, seemingly in an attempt to obliterate any femininity or shape of her body, were sweaters thicker than her own fur. Today's was earthy brown wool and it stretched from her thighs up almost to her chin. Even with the plush turtleneck, her chest was undeniably massive massive, and it looked it because of how short she was in comparison to Maddy. Her breasts were second in size in the school, bigger than Maddy's but barely edged out by the resident centauress. It was part of the reason why Maddy fell for her so hard. Who wouldn't want to touch tits bigger than your head?

Maddy's eyes fell to her own outfit as she stepped away from the lunch line. She had, as usual, tried to show off as much skin as legally possible. She had on tiny hotpants more fitting for a game of volleyball than school, and a spaghetti strap top that barely came to touch the skin below her breasts. She knew by now that amount of skin wasn't the problem in getting Bell to talk, but it couldn't possibly be hurting her attempts.

She chose a table by the window that was in the distant corner and sat down. After a couple of minutes, Bell came over and sat down across from her with a tray of her own food, her nose still in her book.

"Good book?" Maddy asked with a smile.

Bell blusher and quickly stowed it in her bag, "Uum... Yes."

And that was it. That was her whole answer. She immediately dug her fork into the pile of mashed potatoes on her plate and began eating.

"So what was that book about?" Maddy asked.

"Uh. The royal family." Bell mumbled and sipped at her juice.

This was what Maddy had been doing for a month straight. Clearly Bell thought of them as at least some kind of friends because she had been sitting with her every day for half that time so far. But she never said more than these curt lines. It wasn't anything malicious. Maddy could only assume she was just crippling levels of shy so she never pushed too hard. For someone as naturally extroverted as Maddy, trying to have a conversation with an extreme introvert was a challenge. The reverse had to be even worse.

As the almost-conversation carried on through lunch, Maddy decided to try and hit the problem head on. This wasn't getting anywhere and she wanted to know what the deal was. She leaned across the table and whispered to Bell.

"Bell, why don't you talk more? We've been sitting together at lunch, and in the library, and all that but I never get more than a few words." Maddy asked quietly.

As expected, Bell went scarlet and turned away quite quickly. She mumbled something, grabbed up her bag, and hurried away without even picking up her lunch. She rushed through the tables and out of the cafeteria in a flutter of dress and the clack of hoof. Maddy huffed and sat back, crossing her arms in frustration. What had she done? Was a simple question too much to ask?

She decided it wasn't, and that Bell wasn't going to just run away this time. There was only two places that girl ran to, and that was the bathroom or the library. The small school had two bathrooms and one of them was right here off the cafeteria. That meant Bell had gone to either the bathroom on the other side of the school, or the library. She'd try the bathroom first.

The guess turned out to be a lucky one. She pushed into the girl's bathroom and saw the shine of black hooves beneath the nearest stall. She walked over and stood close to it.

"Bell, why did you run? I just want to talk with you but you never say anything." Maddy asked. Her voice echoed in the tile bathroom momentarily and then silence. She could've sworn Bell was holding her breath or something because there wasn't even the sound of panicked breathing or crying from the stall.

Seconds passed and Maddy crossed her arms over her prodigious chest. She blew out a breath and tapped her foot impatiently. The hooves stayed quite still on the tiled floor.

Maddy threw her hands up, "If you don't want to talk, why do you always sit with me? I'm not trying to be mean, I just what the chance to get to know you. If I'm too pushy though, fine. Don't say anything." There was a heavy silence and Maddy sighed, "That's what it is, isn't it? You were just being nice because I wanted to talk. Don't worry about me anymore then, I'll find someone else to sit with and leave you alone."

She turned to walk back towards the door when there was a sudden and frantic scrabbling. The bathroom door rattled and a cry of frustration rang out. Suddenly it wrenched open and Bell lunged out, her face red and her eyes wide. She gasped out, "Don't! Please! I like you being around!"

That made Maddy blink. That was more words at once and a more coherent thought than she had gotten from Bell all month long. She let go of the bathroom door and turned to face the panting Satyr.

"Please." She pleaded, her face positively scarlet and her chest heaving with her breathing. She wrapped her arms around herself and shuddered softly. There was a moment in which she closed her eyes and took a more steady breath before seeming to come back to herself. "It's hard for me..."

"Would it be easier if it were just us? Like this now. Should we find times to be alone to talk? You know you could come over. My parents would stay out of the way and leave us alone together." Maddy offered, leaning back against the door. She stuffed her hands into what passed for pockets on the tiny, tiny shorts she wore. She glanced at her feet and then back up at Bell, "You enchant me, Bell. I want to spend time with you and talk with you. I want to go shopping with you and have a laugh over the gossip about the cheerleaders. Ever since you came to the school, I've never been able to get my eyes off you. I want us to be together."

Bell gasped and covered her mouth, her beautiful green eyes wide like two enormous emeralds. She blushed and looked away. Her hands dropped to grab at the hem of her sweater and she chewed her lip in apparent terror. After a few moments of this, she seemed to come to a conclusion. This conclusion required her to spend an inordinate amount of time looking around, hugging herself, and failing to address Maddy at all the entire time.

Then her eyes rose to meet Maddy's and she said, "My home. Please come to my home."

"Like, today? Just after school?" Maddy asked, pushing herself off the door to stand straight in her excitement.

Maddy nodded and began to dig in her bag. She pulled out a notebook and a pen. With a hasty scribble, she gave Maddy her address and stepped back again, "Just give me a few minutes to... um... prepare myself."

Prepare herself? Maddy was a bit confused as to what would require preparation. Did Bell think that Maddy wanted to fuck right away? She, of course, would hop right into bed with Bell if that's what she wanted. A hot blooded Irish like her would never turn down a good romp. But somehow that didn't sound like the direction a shy Satyr bookworm would take a budding new relationship.

"Okay. Sure. I could probably clean up a bit too. Have a shower and pick something better for a first impression." She looked down at her slutty clothes again.

They had a bit of an awkward moment and they both walked out of the bathroom. Bell gave her a shy little wave and hurried away, turning her blushing face as quickly as she could. Maddy just watched her scurry away, those adorable little hooves clacking on the school's cheap linoleum with every step.

She looked at the paper and let out a happy giggle. It was really happening. At least to some extent. How far she wasn't sure but judging by Bell's shyness, this was probably going to be an afternoon of harmless chatting and probably a movie. That worked for Maddy. She was so excited to finally get the girl that had swam through her every dream or daytime fantasy to finally speak more than a half-broken sentence to her.

*******

That afternoon, a half hour after school had let out and the busses had taken them all home, Maddy hopped out of her mom's car in front of Bell's house. Her mom waved and drove off. She had given Maddy a few teasing comments on the way over here about responsibility and safe sex, but both of them knew Maddy had far and away enough experience where that was concerned. Her mother was just as lusty of a woman as she was and had never dissuaded her daughter's passion. This was just the first time she had been invited to another girl's house.

Bell lived in a tiny flat right on the edge of Carvella's north side. The building was old. It seemed to be a multiple flat house from before the second world war based on its ancient but freshly painted siding. A single car was parked at the street side in front of it and one door at the front had a pretty stained glass piece set in it. If she had to guess, the place likely had four flats that made it up. This kind of house wasn't terribly uncommon around here and Maddy could only assume that Bell's family must be on the poorer side of things to live there together. There couldn't be more than two rooms in any of the flats unless the building had been renovated to be split only top and bottom.

Their home of Carvella was a rustic, almost forgotten village in the northern central hills of England. They had a population that didn't clear three thousand on a good year, and their entire educational system took place in a few buildings on the same square mile of land to the east side of town. There were a few cheap, local restaurants, a super market, and a bus station. A handful of other businesses stuck around because their owners lived here, but made little profit beyond the minimum for bills. The town largely made its living on mining and local agriculture.

So Maddy was not at all surprised to see her assumptions were true when she opened that front door into a communal hall. Four mail boxes were screwed to the wall inside, each with a simple 'one, two, three, or four' scratched into them. The paper Maddy held did list her flat as number two, which was the one in the lower right side. She headed over to the door and knocked.

There was a quiet moment and then a soft clack of hooves before the door unlocked. It opened a crack and a large green eye looked out at her from it.

"Hello." Maddy smiled and waved.

"H-Hi." Bell said and slowly opened the door. She stepped back and Maddy came in.

Bell had changed outfits since school, but Maddy was disappointed to see she had somehow located an even bulkier sweater that made her look like she was worried a snowstorm would blow through her bedroom. Maddy glanced at herself quickly and shrugged. She had added more cloth too, but entirely for the sake of meeting her potential new girlfriend's parents for the first time. She was wearing shorts that came actually to mid thigh now, and a tee that covered all the way to her belly button. For her, such an outfit was practically religious in its modesty.

The door shut and Maddy glanced around. The flat was small and sparsely furnished. Mostly it had books. Book cases, stacks of books, and a computer that was probably full of more books. A single plush couch took up half the living space and there legitimately wasn't a television in sight. A flat of this size inevitably had an open layout that had the kitchen on one side with the living space on the other so she could see it all. Oddly enough, only two doors led off the main room, and one was open to clearly show a very clean bathroom. That meant there was only one bedroom in the flat.

"Wait, do you live alone?" Maddy asked as Bell followed her roving gaze around the flat.

Bell nodded.

"How do you afford that? Do you have a job outside of school?" Maddy asked.

Bell shook her head, "Government. I get money."

"Wow. They pay for you home and everything? How'd you get that?" Maddy asked.

"Umm..." Bell blushed a bit and looked at her hooves. She clasped her hands behind her back and said quietly, "S-Satyrs... We get help. We are... uhh... We..."

"Bell, do you want to sit down?" Maddy asked, feeling silly that she was still standing by the door.

"Yes!" Bell said quickly, hurrying over to the computer desk. She turned the chair around and sat down in it facing the couch.

That was pretty telling. Bell didn't want to sit next to Maddy on the couch, but she really wanted to sit down. Maddy sighed and followed her over, sitting down where she was expected to on the couch. She looked up at Bell and said, "You were saying about Satyrs? I've never known much about your kind. Why do you get help?"

Bell leaned forward, hugging herself almost absentmindedly, and continued. "We, my dad included, still live largely in nature. Most... Most Satyrs shun society in favor of the wild...." She looked around as if trying to find a script to read from. She gestured at the home around her, "It is hard for us to adapt... so the government helps." She seemed to realize she was saying too much and waved her hands wildly, "We're-We're not special! We just... we're one of... the wild races... Centaurs and-and-and minotaurs and werewolves and... lots get help... like this."

Maddy was positively dumbstruck. Bell's sweet, lovely voice had just kept going. Something she had longed to hear so much and now she was getting to. She shook off her stunned shock and said, "That's pretty cool! So you get you live in your own place because your pop wants to stay living out in the woods? Where do the Satyrs live?"

"Ummm... Dad's back... north in-in Sherwood. Nottinghamshire." Bell mumbled.

"Wow!" Maddy smiled widely.

Bell smiled too. She seemed to be growing slowly more relaxed.

Maddy stretched back on the couch and sighed, "So is that why you're so nervous at school? Don't like society and all that?"

"Kind of. So many people." Bell said and she cast her eyes down.

"Bell, it's just me here. I'm your friend." Maddy said and then she decided to go for it, "I'd... like to be more than your friend, like I said at school."

Bell's face reddened so fast Maddy was worried she had given her a stroke. All the tension immediately returned to Bell with interest. She bent forward in her chair, hugging herself more than ever. Her body gave a shake and she took a heavy breath.

"We don't have to! I'm sorry Bell. We can just be friends!" Maddy said quickly, waving her hands about and shaking her head.

"No! I... I invited you... I need..." Bell gasped and rocked back and forth slowly. She gulped air and said, "I need to do this."

"Damn it, Bell. If you're going to give yourself a heart attack trying to talk, then don't! I didn't want to bother you this badly." Maddy said, rising to her feet. She figured perhaps she should just go. Give Bell her private space back and let her put herself back together. This was clearly happening too fast for the scared young Satyr and Maddy had already developed a new appreciation for why she was so squeamish about school.

But she hadn't gotten one step away from the couch before Bell lunged forward and grabbed her hand. She sank down on the couch and pulled her back to sit beside her. Maddy did as she was expected and sat down next to Bell. The couch wasn't overly large and the two voluptuous women took up most of the space so their hips had to touch no matter how they sat. Maddy couldn't help but notice how warm and soft Bell was beside her... and that scent. There was something of flowers and... oh so much more than Maddy's brain began to melt from trying to figure it out. It was so delicious.

"It's you." Bell's quiet words shattered Maddy's distraction and sent a cold jolt down her spine. Bell's hand was still on hers and she squeezed a bit as she said, "It's always been you... right there... You make it so hard with how-how beautiful..."

Maddy's eyes went wide and her mouth fell open. She gulped and said, "Bell, are you saying that..."

"I want you too." Bell murmured, looking down at where their hands were clasped together. She clenched her eyes and said, "But it's so hard for me."

Maddy's heart thudded. She took a slow breath and said, "Wow. Alright then. I guess that suddenly explains a lot. Couldn't talk because you were interested in me too."

Bell nodded with her eyes held shut. She squeezed Maddy's hand again and said, "I've never... never stopped thinking... the way you dress... your body... your sweet smile... you're always helping me."
