Click hereWhy are Deanna and Leslie so anxious to find Randy? I'm sure money is the primary motivation. It certainly can't be for his warmth and pleasant personality. It certainly is not his ability to forgive and forget.
Have a swell day. And some of you, have a swollen day.
Just the artistry of painting a picture with words. I guess I didn’t realize your posted in so many other categories. I only see
Your work in LW
You have the ability to grab a stereotype and stretch it not quite to the breaking point where it becomes even more real than the type that it is representing. This requires that a subject be observed until one can suck the DNA out of it and spit it into a new vessel.
Damn. I was looking forward to Kirsten having a conversation with Leslie and Deanna. Good story.
I wouldn't put this at the top of your stories because it didn't have the emotional content of your best stories, but it had its own sense of satisfaction. (Can a story have a sense of satisfaction, or just a person?) You are really the Jane Austen of LW in the sense that your depictions of people and personalities are just spot on. I am not going to give it a rating because I can't convince myself that anything else but a magnum opus deserves a five, even though I think this story does just what it intends to do.
If I ever try again to establish a profile, it will be because it is worth it for the sake of favoriting your stories.
Unusual and interesting.
This story seemed to be a part of a bigger picture.
And that limited it's effect.
I see it's strength in making two important points.
The first one is to not rush into a relationship.
Give yourself time to find out what the other person
is really like.
The second point is being a victim of a cheating slut
and a selfish bitch of a daughter,
doesn't automatically make you a good person.
This story wasn't top shelf material
but it was interesting and enjoyable,
Thanks JimBob44.
4 out of 5 from me.
The last thing you want in your life is someone who tries to nag you to reconcile with people who stabbed you in the back.
