Claudia wiped her tears and shook her head. "No, never! I love my husband, but..." she stopped herself before talking too much. "And then I met you, and everything felt so different. So alive. So new. I don't know what to do." She looked up at David, hoping for some sort of answer or guidance.

"Well, I suppose I can't fault you for not telling me. I mean it's not as if you owed me anything, I was just some random stranger on a beautiful beach. After all, I'm sure you had your reasons. But it does put me in a bit of a tricky situation, doesn't it?" He paused for a moment, as if considering his options.

"Look, Claudia, I'm not going to lie. I was hoping that we could continue our little adventure together. I really did, we were having such a great time here. But I'm not sure we can do that if it's going to get overly complicated for you or me." He leaned back against the bench, watching her closely. "So tell me, what do you want to do?"

Claudia knew he was right, but she still felt scared and unsure of what to do. She leaned her head against his shoulder, grateful for his understanding. As they sat there together, under the shade of the palm trees, Claudia knew that she faced many hard decisions ahead of her.

Claudia smiled at him as they stayed for some time on that small bench. After resting there for a while, they continued their walk, holding hands and enjoying each other's company. Despite the guilt she felt, Claudia couldn't deny that being with David made her feel alive in a way she hadn't felt in years. And it seemed as if David wasn't too worried about the whole situation since he happily continued walking by her side.

'I wonder if David is the kind of man that doesn't care that much about being with a married woman. He sure gave me that impression before. I wonder if I'm the first?' She pondered as they walked around.

As they spent the day together, her thoughts were a jumbled mess. She couldn't help but think about the incredible sex they had shared, every touch, every kiss, every moment of pure passion. But at the same time, she couldn't help but feel guilty and conflicted. She loved her husband deeply, and the thought of getting pregnant with David was both terrifying and strangely thrilling to her.

Claudia's mind drifted to Stephan. She remembered their life together, the ups and downs they had shared, the love and commitment that had kept them together for so many years. She felt a pang of guilt and wondered if Stephan would ever forgive her for what she had done. But every time David's hand brushed against her thigh, she couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement and desire.

Claudia's mind was racing with conflicting thoughts and emotions as she spent the day with David. On the one hand, she felt guilty for cheating on her husband and potentially putting her marriage at risk. On the other hand, she couldn't deny the intense attraction and passion she felt for David. They kept wandering around town for some time, finally stopping at a nice local bar to get a few drinks.

"Hey, listen Claudia, I have no idea what you are going through at this moment. Nor do I even pretend to understand your situation," he said, breaking the silence that had plagued them.

"But I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here with you. You are an amazing woman in more ways than one. And the fact that you're still here with me after all that has happened, tells me that you, at least in part, feel similarly," he added with a smile as Claudia quietly listened.

"I can't lie, being with you has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life...But I love my husband, and I know that what we are doing here, no, what I am doing here is wrong," she replied in a sad way.

"But the worst part is, I can't shake the butterflies I feel around you. I can't deny I loved every minute of our encounters. You made me feel things I never knew were even possible. I know that this is wrong of me to say. I know I should want more. And I do! I want more of you, your touch. I love the way you make me feel, so alive, so sexual. Like nothing I have ever felt before. I know it's wrong, but I need it, and that's killing me on the inside right now," Claudia said with tears running down her face.

David pulled her close to him and embraced her in his arms. "Hey I'm not one to give out marital advice. But if that's the way you feel I won't lie and say I wouldn't want to spend this last day here with you. Hell, it's a bit selfish of me to say but I was actually hoping you'd want to spend one last night together. Your husband doesn't need to ever find out. But whether or not, that's totally up to you," he said while he could not hide his big smile at the idea of having her one last time.

"I'm not sure. At this moment I'm not sure of so many things. Can we just keep having a wonderful day for now. I can decide later what to do. Ok?" she said, her smile finally returned to her face and the tears started to dry up.

As David and Claudia left the bar, they walked hand in hand towards the beach. Claudia's inner conflict was raging within her as she knew the risk of getting pregnant was very real, but somehow she still wanted more. Her desire was stronger than her guilt. David's touch and scent engulfed her senses, making all notions of faithfulness wash away in the tide.

Claudia couldn't help but think back to the previous night. She remembered the way David's hands had explored her body, the way he had kissed her with such intensity and desire. She couldn't believe how much she had enjoyed it, how much she had wanted it again.

Her thoughts turned to Stephan. She loved her husband and didn't want to hurt him. She thought about how much he had supported her through the years, how much he had sacrificed for her. She couldn't bear the thought of losing him, of destroying everything they had built together. But at the same time, Claudia couldn't ignore the thrill she felt at the idea of getting pregnant with David's child. She knew it was reckless and dangerous, but the thought of carrying his baby, of having a part of him with her forever, was intoxicating.

She couldn't help but wonder what Dr. Caroline would say if she knew. Would she scold her for being so reckless? Would she warn her of the potential consequences? Or would she understand the complex mix of emotions she was experiencing?

Claudia didn't know what the future held, but she knew that she had to be honest with herself and with her husband. She had to face the consequences of her actions, no matter how difficult they may be.

Claudia's daydream was finally broken by David pointing at the beautiful sunset now unfolding in front of them. It was like a scene out of a romance movie, the warm shades of orange and red painting the sky above the gentle ocean. She couldn't help but feel special as she shared this moment with him.

"So, are you going to tell him?" David finally asked.

"I don't know...I'm afraid of what could happen. What do you think I should do?" she asked.

"Well that is up to you. As for me, if you still want to, we can keep this date going a bit longer," he said, a big smile across his face.

Claudia decided to call her husband. So she asked David to wait for her for a few moments as she walked away to have a bit of privacy.

Claudia's hands were shaking as she dialed Stephan's number. She knew that confessing to him about sleeping with David would not be easy, but she also knew that she couldn't keep it a secret any longer.

Stephan picked up after the second ring. "Hey, babe. What's up? How's the hangover?" he asked cheerfully.

"Stephan, I need to tell you something," Claudia said, her voice trembling.

Stephan could hear the anxiety in her voice and immediately grew concerned. "What is it? Are you okay? Did something happen?"

Silence hung heavy on the line for a moment, and then Claudia's voice came through, thick with sadness and shame. "I...I slept with someone else. I...I cheated on you," Claudia blurted out, unable to keep the tears from falling.

For a second not a sound could be heard in the call. Then, Stephan exploded. "What?! Who the hell did you sleep with? Was it that guy you went out with? David? You fucking said it was only going to a be a simple dinner nothing more! I expected some flirting, hell even an innocent kiss! But this? Never."

Claudia braced herself for his anger. She could hear the hurt and betrayal in his voice, and she knew she deserved every last bit of it.

"I'm sorry, Stephan. I don't know what came over me. It was a mistake," Claudia said, before being cut off by Stephan.

"A mistake?! Sleeping with another man is not a mistake, Claudia. It's a betrayal," he said as he snapped.

"I know, and I'm sorry. I just needed to tell you the truth. I couldn't keep it from you any longer," Claudia said, trying to keep her voice steady. "It was David," Claudia confessed, feeling a lump form in her throat.

There was another long pause, and Claudia could hear Stephan breathing heavily on the other end of the line. "I can't believe this," he finally said. "How could you do this to me?"

Claudia took a deep breath, tears streaming down her face, before responding, "I don't know, Stephan. It just happened. He made me feel things that I haven't felt in a long time, and I couldn't resist him."

"I'm so sorry, Baby," Claudia said, her voice breaking. "I know I messed up. I'll do anything to make it right."

"Don't you dare call me Baby! There's nothing you can do," Stephan said. "I can't just forgive and forget," Stephan said. "You've broken my heart. I feel lost. I have no idea what to do now. I need some time to think about all of this."

"Please, Stephan," Claudia pleaded. "Don't give up on us. I love you. I'm sorry."

"You're sorry? You think an apology is going to fix this?" Stephan said angrily.

Stephan was silent for a few moments, and then he spoke again, his voice softer this time, "You cheated on me, Claudia. How could you do this to us?" His voice, laced with hurt. "What...What did you guys do? Tell me everything," he said.

"What? Stephan, this isn't the time for that," Claudia protested, confused by the sudden shift in his demeanor.

"Just...tell me," he pressed.

Claudia hesitated for a moment, but she knew she had to stop lying to him. So she began to tell him about her night with David. As she spoke, she could hear the anger in Stephan's voice begin to fade.

As she described the way David's hands had felt on her skin, the way he had kissed her passionately, and how he had made her feel, Stephan's breaths became heavier, and Claudia could sense his tone slowly change.

"Did you use protection?" He asked.

"What?" Claudia said, unsure as to how to answer. She had been truthful so far with him. But now she felt telling him the entire truth would push Stephan to a place where he could never forgive her. The thought of losing him forever scared her. So before she even knew what was happening she said, "Yes, of course I did."

"I don't know what to feel right now, Claudia. I'm angry and hurt, but..." Stephan confessed, his voice full of confusion.

"I know it's messed up, Stephan. But I had to tell you the truth," Claudia said, feeling ashamed of her own actions.

After some time, Stephan's breathing began to slow down, and he wiped his tears away. "I don't know what to say, Claudia. I'm hurt and angry, but at the same time...I feel strangely confused by what you've told me. I need time to process everything. We'll talk more when you come back from your trip. Don't call me anymore, if I'm there to pick you up at the airport you'll know I'm ready to talk, if not take a taxi to a hotel."

Claudia's heart sank, knowing that it would be more than a day before she could have a face-to-face conversation with her husband. "I understand. Please take care of yourself," she said as tears still rolled down her face. "I love you," she finally added.

"I will. And Claudia, I love you. But right now, I don't know what that means for our marriage."

Claudia sat there, staring at her phone, feeling a mixture of emotions. She knew that the road ahead was going to be difficult, but at least now she had come clean and could start to move forward.

She hung up the phone, feeling more confused than ever. She had expected anger and hurt from Stephan, but the mixed signals he was giving her, had her feeling like she had just stepped into another world. She knew there was no turning back now, and the consequences of her actions were just beginning to unfold.

As she slowly walked back towards David, her eyes red and puffy from crying, she could see him sitting on a rock still looking at the sunset. Patiently waiting for her to come back. As she approached him David turned around and looked at her. Trying to analyze her body language and facial expressions.

"So I assume you told him? What did he say?"

Claudia took a deep breath before responding, "I told him everything. He was angry at first, but then he started to ask for details. I don't understand. What does that mean?"

David's eyes widened in shock, "What?! That's...I don't even know what to say. I have never in my life heard something like that. If it were me I would be spitting fire."

"I know, I know," Claudia said, wiping away her tears. "He's confused about all of this. He has mixed feelings, and to be honest, so do I. I just don't know what to do. At first he was really angry, but then..." Claudia paused, unsure if she should continue.

"Then what?" David prompted her.

"Then he started asking for more details," Claudia said, looking down at the ground. "He was angry but...I'm not sure, but I think he was turned on at the same time. I don't know what to make of it."

David placed his hand on her shoulder, offering comfort. "It's a lot for him to process. I'm sure he'll come around eventually."

Claudia nodded, still unsure of what the future held for her and Stephan. "I hope you're right. This whole situation is just a mess. And the worst part is that it's a mess of my own doing."

They stood in silence for a few moments, both lost in thought about the events that had just transpired.

Finally, David broke the silence. "So, what do we do now?" David looked at Claudia with a sly grin on his face. "Listen, I'm not looking for anything serious here. I know you're married and that's your deal. But let's be real, last night was amazing. And I know you enjoyed it too."

Claudia shook her head, "David, I can't just leave my husband for you. That's not who I am."

David chuckled, "Who said anything about leaving him? Just come spend some time with me. We'll have some fun, no strings attached. Plus by the sound of it, your husband could actually be interested in hearing about your little escapades."

Claudia felt conflicted. On one hand, she was attracted to David and the idea of being with him again was tempting. But on the other hand, she knew it was wrong and couldn't bring herself to betray her husband again.

"I can't do that, David," she said firmly. "What we did was a mistake. It can't happen again."

"If that's true, then why did you agree to spend the whole day with me? Hell, we fucked again just this morning you could have stoped me there and then if you really felt like it. Admit it, you like being with me. Don't you?"

Claudia sighed, feeling torn. "David, I don't think it's a good idea. I can't keep doing this to my husband," she said, trying to convince herself that what she was saying was true.

David reached out and took her hand. "I know, I know. But we can keep it between us. No one has to know. Just think about it, Claudia. The passion we have, the chemistry. It's not something you find every day. Don't you want to experience it one last time?"

Claudia looked down at their intertwined hands, feeling a rush of conflicting emotions. She knew what David was saying was wrong, but a part of her couldn't deny the intense attraction she felt towards him. "I don't know, David. Part of me wants to simply say yes..." she said, gently pulling her hand away.

David took her hand. "I'm not asking you to run away. I'm just asking you to be honest with yourself about what you want. Don't you want to make love with me once more?"

Claudia pulled her hand away. "I don't know what I want. I'm so confused right now."

As they kept talking the sun finally began to fade from view. David stepped closer to her and said, "Then let me help you figure it out. Let me kiss you one more time, then you can decide if you want to spend the night with me one last time or go back to your room alone."

Claudia looked at him for a long moment before shaking her head. "No, I can't. I need to sort things out on my own."

Not a second had passed since she uttered those words, before David leaned in to kiss her. A bold move that caught her unprepared. At first, she didn't respond, still reeling from their conversation. But then, without really thinking about it, she found herself kissing him back, her arms wrapping around his neck. It felt so wrong, yet so good at the same time.

As the night came, knowing it was her last one in Cabo, Claudia decided to go for it. She grabbed David by the hand and kissed him again. And said, "I do want to spend the night with you again. I know it's crazy and I'm married, but I can't help how I feel when I'm with you." Claudia's heart was racing as she spoke those words, unsure of how David would react.

David looked at her with a mix of surprise and excitement. "I want you too," he said. "I know it's not the most ideal situation, but I can't deny my desires when I am near you"

Claudia felt a surge of excitement rush through her body as David pulled her in for a kiss. She knew that this was going to be a night to remember. As they made their way back to the hotel, Claudia's mind was filled with conflicting thoughts. She loved her husband and didn't want to hurt him, but at the same time, she couldn't resist the temptation of being with David again.

As they walked on the beach headed to the resort, Claudia's heart was pounding. She knew that what they were about to do was wrong, risky and could have terrible consequences, but at that moment, she didn't care. She was filled with desire and couldn't resist the pull towards David.

She felt alive and free in a way she hadn't felt in a long time. The thought of getting pregnant with David's child was both exciting and terrifying, but the desire to give in to her more primal passions was stronger than her guilt. At that moment, all she could think about was how much she wanted David and how she didn't want the night to end.

Claudia looked into David's eyes and said, "I want you, David. I want you so badly."

David smiled at her and replied, "I want you too, Claudia. You're so beautiful."

Claudia hesitated for a moment before saying, "I know we only just met, but I feel like I've known you forever. I feel so comfortable with you."

David put his arm around her and pulled her close. "I want you so badly. My body aches for yours."

Claudia smiled and leaned in to kiss him. As they kissed, she felt all her doubts and guilt melting away. In that moment, nothing else mattered but their desire for each other.

As they reached the resort, they placed a beach towel on the soft sand in a secluded spot behind a large rock outcropping, laid down and started to kiss passionately. Claudia's hands explored David's muscular body, and she felt his growing desire in between his legs.

She had never done anything like this before. Kissing so passionately out in public. The thrill was almost palpable. The idea of being caught doing such a naughty act made her head go crazy. She felt energized and exhilarated as her heart beat faster and stronger than ever before. She knew very well that what she was doing was wrong, on so many levels. But she didn't care. In fact she started to revel in this new found freedom she felt.
