'No' Liam replied. 'I didn't really think they were necessary.'

Kaeo passed Liam some notes, along with some meal suggestions and foods to consider. 'I've got some typical meal plans on my work computer. We can use those as a starting point. Ultimately, you need to build a plan that you can stick to.'

Liam reviewed the notes and nodded slightly. 'Looks like I need to go grocery shopping.' He finished the last of his tea. 'I have some other things I need to do today, so I'd better leave. When can I see you again?'
