build her personality, then tell us it is all false,
create him as a successful businessman, then collapse him in ruin
offer a reason for the aunt and uncle to dislike him, then shuffle in a new scenario about which he knew nothing.
surround him in an atmosphere of deception and distrust by the police and media, and then shove psychobabble into the mix.
too many red herrings for me.
this could never happen in our country. Famous last words. Bet Me!!! TK U MLJ LV NV
So how do we get him treated for his depression (that the good doctor failed to mention) and get his ass back in gear?
Really enjoyed part one of this story. The character development is well executed. We know a lot about Dan and an adequate amount about Cassandra. The baddies are there lurking in the background. I am looking forward to part 2.

I never commented AT all.. in ANYWAY of the momory loss stuff. that whole issue is a Red herring to MY view/ post.

It is Most revealing that Bruce22 never makes a comment about the absurdity of marrying someone and not knowing they are weathly

but the comments can be even more interesting. Frequently Harry points out that the whole story is all ready up on SOL, so in this case his preview of things to come is probably memory... But thing that is most fascinating is his declaration "Cassie and Her supposed memory loss...".
I get the feeling the repressed memories, Freud, and amnesia are all on equal footing with the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus for Harry, and perhaps he does not believe anything that someone tells him, much less a female personagem in a story.
We love you Denham Forrest! Keep 'em comin'
