A.N. Welcome to my next story in a long line of commissions! I had a lot of fun writing this and I wish I could've finished it sooner, but better late than never I suppose.

The following contains: Top Succubus dickgirl on a bottom feminine boy, the sex starts as a little forced but barely lol. It gets more and more consensual as it goes on. If this is not your thing then please read elsewhere.

Enjoy! Please fap a lot :) More chapters to come!

Chapter 1: A Warm Welcome

*****

The drive felt like it was much longer than Ian originally anticipated. Sitting in the back of the cab, the young male had his forehead rested against the window, peering out into the quickly darkening sky above, seeing out of his peripheral vision his dark blue eyes in the reflection of the glass getting more and more tired looking. He knew the ride would take a long time, but as the hours crept by, he found it becoming a legitimate task not to doze off in the back seat.

"Hey kid?" He heard the grumble of the driver up front and instantly became very awake. He jolted forward quick enough to cause his seatbelt to lock on him and looked over towards the heavy set man glancing at him in the rearview mirror.

"What?" Ian said, his much softer voice came out laced with caution. Mentally he slapped himself for allowing himself to relax around him even if it was only for a moment.

The driver nodded forward then looked back at the much smaller boy in the back, "This is the place, right up ahead."

He blinked twice before being able to calm his suddenly quickened heart rate, he was worried for a moment that the driver was going to say something else. Letting his guard down had caused him to be even more paranoid than usual. But after shaking his head of the bad images he leaned over to look beyond the front shotgun seat and was able to see the town itself, along with its introductory sign by the side of the road.

'Welcome To Shelter, Your New Home' (Population 1,012)'

"Well, that's very presumptuous," Ian said after reading the welcoming sign and took a look at the buildings beyond. For some reason, as the taxi got closer many of the structures that came into view looked very vintage. Compared to where he was coming from, the buildings had a more retro look, with long flat houses and thick brick buildings. Some cape cod homes were also able to be seen along with even a few dome and 'A' shaped houses. This town of Shelter seemed to have a strong old-fashioned appeal to it.

"Tell me about it kid." The driver spoke up again, "This place gives me the creeps. I don't come around here too often but when I do, I'm always driving people to this place. Never actually picked anybody up from it." He looked over his shoulder for a moment at Ian who instinctively leaned further back into his seat.

"Speaking of the creeps..." Ian mentally stated before actually replying, "So what's wrong with that? Maybe people move here for a new start," He said looking back out the window again. Night had fallen so he was unable to see the ocean with the lack of light from this distance, but he knew it was there. One of the things he had read about upon researching what little he could find of Shelter, Oregon, was that it had an amazing sea-side view. With mountains on one side, and a sea on the other, it seemed as if it was the perfect quiet place to live.

His driver shrugged, "Ehh, I dunno kid. I think it's something to do with that fucked up carnival thing they have here. See that? You can see it from here." They were getting a decent ways into the town at this point, Ian requested to be dropped in the center of town. But from here they were able to see the bright lights of some type of festival-Esque lights a ways across the town. A large Ferris wheel was the most notable of all, as the source of the rest of the lights and apparent attractions were just out of view from this far away. "Every damn time I come here it's a new theme of wacko. Last time it was some type of space shit and now apparently we're back in world war two. Um hello? It's July kiddies, Halloween ain't for a while!" He shook his head with a huff, "Buncha wack jobs I'll tell ya. The hell's so special about this damn carnival anyway? Why's it so popular here, they aint' ever heard of fucking Disney world?" He ranted on for a bit.

However at this point Ian wasn't really listening to the driver anymore, he could care less about his opinion. What he was interested in was the mention of the said carnival. That without a doubt confirmed that he was in fact in the right place. He had been searching for a long time to find a lead on this town, and finally he was here. "Maybe now I can finally get some answers."

Breaking him from his thoughts though, the cab began to slow and pull over to the side of the road, preparing to drop off Ian. "What is it that you're even planning on doing here kid?" The driver sent another question his way. "You hoping to get in on this dress up shit or somethin?"

Ian rolled his eyes wishing more than anything for the conversation to just be over as he reached down to feel inside his suitcase for the pocket where he kept his cash. As he pulled it out and counted up the total needed, realization hit him that he was nearly out of money. Almost all he had would go to this ride and after this, he was practically penniless. "Nope, just getting my start." He said with a heavy sigh as the cab finally stopped near the sidewalk. He then reached over to go ahead and reluctantly drop a hundred dollars onto the seat beside the driver, not wanting to hand it to him directly. "Thanks for the lift." Then immediately began to exit out the side of the vehicle.

"What the-..." His driving companion barely had time to react as Ian was out of the car faster than he was able to register before the door closed. He left more than enough money so he wasn't gonna complain, but he couldn't help but shake his head. "Have fun with the weirdo's kid."

Finally free from the claustrophobic atmosphere he felt in the car, Ian took in a deep breath in through the nose and out his mouth of the cool, crisp night time air. It definitely wasn't what he was expecting. The strange old style of houses was a little bit off-putting, but not necessarily in a bad way. It was better than cluttered and crowded New York streets or ratty and shady slums, filled with unsavory types of people.

But now that he thought of it, there was actually no people around. The streets were empty now that his taxi had swerved around in a U-turn and drove back down the road they originally came from. And a dense quiet atmosphere was all that was there to keep Ian company. Quietly he turned about where he stood taking in all of his surroundings, he did seem to be at least relatively close to the center of the town but other than that he had no idea where he should even start. There were no particular landmarks or street signs that he could see to point him in any useful direction. And for a split second Ian found himself having a moment of "Now what?" In his head. It had taken a lot of planning and effort to make it this far in his head, he had so much dedicated to getting to this place. Shelter, it was always his main objective. Now that he was here though, he didn't know where exactly to start next.

He let out a small sigh, "Okay last time I checked in the taxi it was past one in the morning so...nobodies awake, so can't ask the locals for help." He started talking to himself while mindlessly pacing a bit. His white shoes making quiet crunching sounds on the ground. "I guess I'll take a look around and find a place to stay at least for the night. Maybe get a feel for the layout of the town first. I can start trying to cover more ground tomorrow in the morning." He chewed on his lower lip pondering his next course of action. "Oh!" He snapped his fingers, "Or maybe there's a library here I can find, that would be a good place to start. Maybe they'll have some more details on what I'm looking for." It was as if a lightbulb lit up over his head at the thought, of course a library would be an ideal place to search for some more information.

With that he picked up his luggage and picked a random direction to start off with. A light spring of determination in his step, now he would probably have no luck in finding the place this late at night, or even if he did it would most likely be closed, but he had a mild idea of what to do next and that's all he needed for his spirits to rise again. He had a new objective, so he was going to pursue it. He didn't care that he might not get any sleep tonight, he had a very high tolerance for spent energy so losing some sleep wasn't anything new to him.

Little did he know his endurance was going to definitely be put to the test later on tonight...

After taking the better part of the next fifteen minutes or so strolling around taking in the scenery, trying to get a feel for the roads and the theme of the very notable 'Carnival' that Shelter was apparently very renown for. Definitely a 50's vibe for the most part, but some houses and locales looked fairly modern as if not the entirety of the city was swept up in this strange time travel like theme. Also, strangely enough, no cars seemed to be going by at this time, granted it was a small town with a small population but still, he had expected to see at least one or two, and yet not a single one appeared.

Occasionally he heard slight sounds of scampering in the distance, and at first, it unsettled him but he chalked it up to most likely being some stray cats or squirrels wandering the alleys. Maybe the wind blowing and causing stray leaves to scrape against the pavement. No human sounds came up for a while, until as he was about to round the corner of an intersection. He managed to hear the sound of what sounded like a grunting. A woman grunting.

Not pained sounds, just the sounds of someone who appeared to be possibly struggling with something. Curious, Ian stopped in his tracks for a second, then cocked his head around the corner to peer down the street in the direction of the noise.

What he saw actually caused his jaw to almost hit the floor as he unintentionally whispered, "Whoa..."

He was immediately met with the form of a woman bent over, clad in veeeerrryyy tight blackish blue workout skin tight shorts and bright white running shoes. One of her legs was crossed over behind the other and resting on the tip of the shoe while she seemed to be rummaging around inside the trunk of the car. He was able to just barely make out a tight white sports bra like top, with a head of red hair tied back into a ponytail reaching just to between her shoulder blades. Her legs went on for miles, silky smooth tanned complexion and toned to perfection. Ian couldn't recall the last time he had gotten the chance to ogle a woman, it had been so long since he had even really thought of things back in the deep primal recesses of his mind. His many bad memories on that subject did a hell of a good job at sealing many of his most basic desires away. But in this moment of freedom right now, standing on this empty street, in full view of this woman's gorgeous heart shaped ass. For the first time in a loooong time, he felt his heart skip a beat.

Staring into the trunk of her car, Valerie was irritated. The zipper on her damn bag broke as she was about to load it into her trunk, and she had to go through the annoying task of stuffing her fallen out clothing back into her gym bag. "Piece of shit..." She muttered under her breath, angrily shoving the garments into the duffle. Today had sucked, she forgot her bag at the gym earlier and after running out at midnight to go get it, it decides that now is the perfect time to break. She sighed agitatedly, more than anything eager to get this stuff loaded back in her trunk and to drive back home. A nice long hot bath was overdue.

But in that moment of frustration, suddenly the most delicious, intoxicating scent wafted from seemingly nowhere up into her nostrils. It started as just a faint second hand catch of her senses, and steadily grew to be more and more prominent. Her hands stopped their movement as she closed her eyes and just simply breathed deeply, inhaling and exhaling steadily trying to gauge what exactly it was that caught her attention. This sweet smell, she couldn't identify what it was but, never had she come across it before. Like a mixture of delightful innocence and lust somehow had combined to make this cocktail of yummy essence that just found it's way to her. "What is that?" She thought taking a few more whiffs of the air around her and licking her lips a bit. Almost like an animal who had just caught the scent of a tasty prey's trail. Thankfully for her, it wasn't difficult for her to find the source, as she turned around and saw just about the cutest thing she had ever seen.

A boy, only about 5'6 or so, with black cropped hair and a tiny but lithe build. Wearing a long sleeve button up shirt and simple pair of jeans, and those eyes...oh my those adorable deep blue eyes attached to such a cute babydoll face practically drooling as he seemed to be unaware she was looking at him while his attention was directed as her rear end.

"What do we have here?" She thought a wicked smile coming to her face as she suddenly cleared her throat with an 'ahem.'

Ian immediately snapped out of his trance as he heard the sound from her and finally noticed that he had been caught red handed by this amazingly sculpted woman. "Oh! Uh...I..." He lightly shook his head, his pulse quickening and feeling a wave of heat rushing to his face while he stammered over his words. "I was...I was just um..." Valerie then instead of immediately standing upright, simply stayed in that position for a moment, allowing her Goddess like ass to remain pert out in his direction for an extra moment longer before turning fully around. Her now voluptuous chest was revealed to him along with her face, a pair of big emerald green eyes stared right through him. Her tight toned abdomen was also exposed below her top. She was built strong and feminine, Ian could just barely make out the outline of girl abs on her well taken care of tummy. "Holy..."

"Maybe this day won't suck as much as I thought..." Valerie thought with a sly smirk. "Can I help you sweetie?" She asked taking a few sauntering steps toward him. For some reason this boy smelt fucking incredible, and the closer she drew the more it intensified.

This woman very noticeably stood over half a foot taller than Ian and was most likely older as well. Possibly in her late twenties or early thirties and she had to be maybe six feet? Around 6'1 or 6'2, he wasn't sure but he didn't exactly put too much thought into it as she quickly closed the distance between them in a few very intrigued steps. Ian nearly recoiled at the sudden closeness, "Uh! I-umm, hello?" Was all he managed to get out of his very dry throat. She had to be wearing some type of perfume because a very rich smell seemed to radiate off of her and made him feel a little light headed.

She giggled at his bashful greeting and reached up to move a lock of his night colored hair over his ear. "Hi." The boy flinched slightly at the gesture but reminded himself that this was just a woman. A very beautiful one at that. But immediately Valerie took notice to him jumping at the contact, she could sense that he had gone tense and the heart beat in his chest stuttered. Both from a tingle of excitement and a twinge of apprehension. She tilted her head to the side for a second attempting to read him further, he almost seemed...afraid from having someone so close and reaching for him. Almost like he was ready to leap away from her but he managed to calm down before doing so. "Hmm...curious..." She thought. Perhaps she should be a little less eager to pounce, "You okay? You look like you've seen a demon." She teased with a pure white smile, taking more enjoyment at her own pun then she probably would've under normal circumstances.

"Whole new town, whole new people. Not everyone is gonna hurt you. Stop worrying." Ian blinked a few times and reassured himself, besides, this girl was absolutely gorgeous. And with a smile like that, he doubted that there was a single mean bone in her body. "I'm fine, sorry ma'am."

Valerie shook her head, "Please, just call me Valerie hun. And what can I call you?" She kept a candy sweet tone of voice, and elected to rest her hand on her hip rather than touch him again. Though if she had her way that wouldn't be the case for much longer.

Ian perked up at her request, realizing the potential here. She was a local, perhaps she could point him in the right direction. "Right, right. Um...my name is Ian." Her lips pulled a little bit tighter upon getting his name and he couldn't help but return with his own little shy smirk. The way her face glowed with those beautiful pink lips, she had a face that was meant to smile, and it was contagious. "I actually just got here, to this town I mean. It was really tough to find but I'm happy I finally made it." At that the woman's eyes seemed to sparkle a bit.

"Oh? You're new to town?" Valerie asked, to which Ian nodded, "Well, welcome to Shelter Ian. Sorry you arrived at such a late hour. Our town usually goes to sleep with the rest of us. But it's much more fun when we're all awake I promise. You'll love it here. Besides, we've needed more cute boys around here for a while and believe me, you're a sight for sore eyes."

A heavy blush quickly flooded over Ian's delicate features and he couldn't resist the urge to look away bashfully. This was probably one of the few times a compliment about Ian's looks hadn't immediately disgusted him, and instead caused a pleasant flutter in his belly.

Valerie used this opportunity to do a quick hungry look over the oh so tantalizingly close feast before her. Every moment they spent speaking she drank in his scent. The aura radiating off this young boy was 'delicious'. She chewed on her lower lip as her eyes drooped down to the bottom of his feet, then slowly slithered their way all the way up his legs, past his torso annoyingly shielded by the shirt he was wearing, then finally up to his pink face. He had such an adorable innocent look to him, so cute, so...tasty...

The boy completely missed this violating gaze however as his own eyes were trying to look everywhere except the flirtatious woman before him. This was definitely a new feeling for the young boy, but he managed to squeak out a nervous chuckle before speaking again, "Well, actually I could use some help if you wouldn't mind. I know that it's really late but I'm a little lost." Ian figured that asking for help from a friendly stranger would probably be more productive then wondering the town aimlessly all night. So finally he met her gaze again, "I was thinking about looking for a library, maybe to get a map of the town or help me out in learning more about Shelter." He explained, he didn't want to go into too much detail about what he was looking for but he figured that he could still ask her for some help without giving her too much info. "There's practically no documents about this town anywhere that I've looked, so now that I'm here I figured-"

"I know a library you can look at!" Valerie chimed in, she figured it was the least she could do to give him a warm welcome. "You're in luck sweetie, the place is just right around the corner from here, I can take you there." She decided to test the waters again now that his resolve had seemed to return and whatever apprehension he was going through he managed to squash. So she reached out a second time and placed her hand delicately on his shoulder. Letting some of her natural pheromones seep out of her body and into his aura, she hoped that it would help keep him relaxed and allow her to get closer. He smelled far too good for her not to try, he may be defensive, but there was no way she was passing up an opportunity for such a tempting, delicate morsel. Thankfully, he didn't flinch again.
