Thank you for a great story! This is the FIRST story on Literotica that I’ve read where the two main characters didn’t rehash “oh, pity me for I am a broken soul!”. You visited the problem twice and both times due to the characters not wanting their first times to be when they were drunk. Ish. Totally understandable. I’ve been there, but I’m an old man with too many stories in my head. I’ve heard of you on this site but I think this is the first story of yours I’ve read and it was wonderful. I will read the rest, thank you again.

Great story Nora... Had plenty of depth and character building, some great laughs and I appreciated the POV of the nerd gamer girl. I have grown up with the internet and learned to embrace my nerdy side. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Deeply believable flawed and beautiful characters with a wonderful tapestry of storytelling. And very personal - I grew up on the other side of the Coast Range, but San Gregorio to Santa Cruz was my playground for many years.

Brilliant. No other word can sum this up as well. Your narrative voice rings as clear as a bell, and as idiosyncratic as could be.

I really don’t get video games. True, I played a little Zelda years ago, but when I realized how much time it was taking away from quality time with my infant son, I vowed never to play a video game again.

The fact that MsCherylTerra you s on your team (one of my top three authors here) is proof that you are a writer of merit.

Having just discovered you, now I’m about to delve into your bibliography. Can’t wait to read more.

There are stories, and then there are Epic Tales Never to be Equaled.

The reader who doesn't know this is not just another story doesn't know A from B.

This is so much better than Literotically everything I have read on this site.

5 Stars could never be enough.

I feel illiterate that I ever awarded 5 stars to anything previously.

F*CK, THIS IS GREAT!

One of the finest stories here. Your skills as a wordsmith are amazing!

I'm not a gamer but you introduced rich characters that I befriended, and they took me into their world.

It was wonderful to experience their lives through your lens.

Only a truly gifted writer could do that.

Thanks!

Second or third time... still fabulous.

I loved it, but I’m cracking up over the whole “we’d mostly be long distance as we lived almost an hours drive from each other.” That’s like two towns over. Half of the people I know, myself included, drive at least 45 minutes to and from work every day. When I hit that part of the story I couldn’t help but laugh out loud

This is, repeatedly, one of the very best stories on Lit. Nora, you’re the best.

I've never played a computer game in my life and doubt I will start now, but this story gripped and squeezed and embraced me so hard I feel I have just run a couple of marathons.

Outstanding in all aspects. I love the VoidBunny.

Damn girl, you sure can write! I really like trying to understand your characters, thoughts, emotions, motivations, and achieving happiness or success. Your style is darkly empathetic, yet hopeful and enlightening. Thank you, dear author...

Hi there, I’m Nora :) I write about flawed characters navigating their way through life, often falling hopelessly in love along the way. I grew up on 90s swoony Bollywood films, endless piles of cheesy romance novels, and obsessively rewinding that part where Matthew Macfayde...
