And yet...there is anecdotal evidence that the surgery has helped pitchers to the point that there have been requests by some baseball pitchers to have the surgery performed on healthy UCLs.

There have been no successful uses of adamantium in Tommy John surgery or any other sports medicine procedures, although there is rumored to be ongoing testing with promising results in a specialized clinic located at 1407 Graymalkin Lane, Salem Center, Westchester County, New York.
