John smiled and saw Zynga snickering as she looked at him. "What?"
"Nothing, Master," she said. "Just imagining you with a cigar in your mouth and complimenting yourself on how you love it when a plan comes together."
John blinked a few times before asking, "What's a cigar?"

Wildwood55almost 3 years agoCol H Smith... Peppard was a good one. I seem to have appropriated that, with my own spin, and completely forgot where it originated.
I had a brain injury 19 years ago, and if I didn't screw things up, I wouldn't get anything, at all, done. It's humbling to eff up dozens of times a day.
So, when something does work out, I love it when a plan comes together, even if I didn't have a plan, to begin with.
Thanks for the reminder of 'my roots'.
