Sometimes Love is the Best Therapy

This story is set a couple of years into the future, the pandemic has passed, and a vaccine is widely available. The isolation, suffering and hardships that many endured have largely become a thing of the past for the vast majority of people. Life has returned pretty much to normal for most, but for some, the scars will take longer to heal, if they ever heal at all.

This story is dedicated to the real Tracy (and others like her) and the real loss she and many others throughout the world suffered. My dearest hope is that she finds happiness, maybe not in the way of this story, but in some way.
