For long have I lived underground,
   my chrism came through you,
lost within a sot's sortilege,
you drag me on in lieu,
understand that you can have me,
no need for ruth nor rue,
vaunt frivolously before me,
your lips prove you are through

:)

What an interesting poem! I too read it several times and it is a terrific read aloud. I always advocate the poet doing that and the reader as well. It is fun to hear how people incorporate devices into their work that is often missed when not read aloud. Good work, a solid five.
