Twisted, wicked wicker entwined
in tanned crevasses, damp, filled
in stilled motion, emotion paused
woven on a breathless cusp
as fingertip textures search softness
and a vibrant pressure presses deeper
into invitingly open – gaping
at the possibility of fullness
but held to a coursing heartbeat
desire peeked only in steel blue eyes,
heard in the trembled whisper
hovering with emptiness and want.
