Haiku ~ river ~ 2

byMy Erotic Trail©

spanish moss
hangs from old giant oaks
along the river

dew drops drip
from tall yellow flowers
sun dried tears

white water river
turmoil and tranquility meet
nature's backdrop

rippled water
sings along the shore
wind in harmony

a fish swimming
under the river's surface
waving its tail

a Praying Mantis
in still silent prayer
from a frog's mouth

snow tracks
over the crest of a hill
leaves a trail
