In my mind's eye
I see you,
See you stand before me,
Close enough to touch.
I reach out
Run my fingers through your hair,
Gaze into your eyes...
We speak to each other
Without words
Fully clothed
But naked.
We are warm,
But the fire glows from within;
Passion explodes
Love roars like the ocean
My mind is calm...
In my mind's eye
We say "I love you"
But we don't say a word.
We look into each other's eyes
And know it's true.
We don't need to touch
To feel.
