My right arm has fingers reaching out to you
Watching the light slowly trickle through

My right arm has muscles that are strong
To hold you right where you belong

My tendons are flexible and hold fast
Holding onto you until the very last

My right arm has skin that’s soft to the touch
There for you when you need a crutch

My right arm has a shoulder, should you need to cry
If things are dark, and you can’t see the sky

There is strength to be found in my right arm
I will do all in my power to keep you from harm

My right arm is attached to my heart and soul
Aching to try and make you whole
