Our pain is a meter on how far we can get
If you haven't been through enough, we won't help

You've been beaten and raped
Congratulations, here's a scholarship

You had a brush with death
Here's a raise

Your pain is worth what we say
Insanity is an insubstantial disability check

Your fight for health isn't worth much
But if you lose we'll send you samples

Such a fine line between help and goodbye
Don't tell us your fight has brought you down

We won't listen if you can't prove it
We'll wait a while to see if something worse happens

Maybe you will be horribly disabled down the road
We'll grace you only then

the sting

when bitten by the sting of a bee

the charactor of the soul can heal better than the medication itself, individuality makes the difference, called, "bed side manners" (~_~) a food for thought poem, thanks for the read
