Thanks for your patience. The story is finished and ready to post, but I am having problems doing so. I got locked out of my account, but cleared that hurdle. Spent several hours trying to get it into the Literotica format. But it didn't take. So, bare with me. I will get it loaded.

this is the second time i have read this story and i love it as much the first time as i do the second time reading it great plot likeable characters evean the "bad" guy are likeable i mean they are the bad guy but they are not like some that you just hate them these bad guys are likeable they are just bad

Been reading up until this point in the last couple of days and I am happy to say that the addition of an editor has substantially increased the quality of your work. I didn't post complaints as so many others did in the earlier chapters, but it really does make a huge difference.

This story is amazing this is the second time I have read this story and it has lost nothing from the first time and that is very hard for a writer to do make a story that has re readability and not loose something due to already having read it and know what is going to happen hope you have finished it out and if not hope you are not like so many of the writers on this site just drop a story and not finish it I hate when that happens because it always seems it is with the story's that are good with good plot lines and good character development it never seems to be with the ones that are not that good due to either bad plot line and good character development or bad character development and good plot line but I just have to say this again you have both in spades keep it up if you did indeed finish this story looking forward to other stories from you

I just read all the comments below and none of them, yet, have mentioned the fact that Mary and Zachary were never married. Mary was John's father's mistress, not his wife! Remember how John was always referred to as the bastard son of Zachary Smith? Well, obviously, if that were the case then John's mom and dad would not have been married.

Just an observation that bothered me as I was reading this story.

Plot twists, fewer mistakes and almost no typos, ... and the Action is picking up, ... and didn't John strengthen the mental shields of those closest around him? But did he include Mary? (I don't remember). Also, Mary was Dr. Smith's mistress, not his wife, nor a widow, ... And who, if anyone will John give the Ring of Vengeance to? stay tuned, ... ;-) TTFN
