Her fantasy doesn't have to end the story. The story itself is fantasy, so why not continue the narrative and have her "actually" hook-up with the two men?

If you look at stories the 1* ratings are from the same "anonymous" user. Maybe that person should get a clue that this is a multi-part story.

This site limits anonymous comments to one per story/chapter per IP address. Generally, that means a commenter cant post multiple comments on a story. I say generally because there are a few ways around it, primarily onion routing, but is outside the abilities of most people.
