I dodged bottles, rocks, and bullets to have a single place in a university town to be around like-minded people. I felt the freedom and honesty when we rounded a corner in our society and began to feel open to my true souls. I became proud of my life and what I achieved along this bumpy road. Be honest with one's self and life emerges and is lived with equality and acceptance.
