A witty little poem with lots of meaning in its shell. Lovely!

"Has Your Body Ever Siezed?" seems more of an adage than poem. A touch of wisdom for sure, but presented more as lecture than as poetry. I think both could improve if you could show what you tell the reader, use images as examples of the message.
