there was a moment
a pause in the continuum of time
where the change took place
and the oblivious were left behind
but those who saw
the flash of light
the tranquil night sky
shattered that moment only
by the awesome blaze
stared in wonder
to have shared that moment
the break in time
that would change everything

LeBrozabout 17 years ago"Break in Time" is by far the better of your two postings that appeared here on the 13th. I was at first going to remark on the use of 'pause' but then realized that having 'break' appear twice would be, at the very least, distractive. Glad to see you turned your comment on for this; one of those quirky things you have to watch for when submitting writings for posting.
