Envelop me in darkness,
block out all the light.
Take me to the place
where nothing will ever bother me again.
Remove the pressure from my soul,
take away this burden of my heart.
Bring me to the place
where nothing will get to me ever again.
Take me into the darkness
and lock me away.
I never want to be set free again
only to deal with the pain over and over.
Keep me there
with all the evil within.
Let it surround my soul
and bury me deep inside.
All I ask is to be kept in the darkness
with no one else around.
No pain, no hurt, no suffering
to bring me down.
Make me heartless,
make me unfeeling.
Make me a part of the darkness
so I can never leave.
All I ask
is for you to take me away.
Feed me to the night,
and kiss me good bye.
