we groaned a lot after that scare, not to mention the unneeded surgery--never rush into surgery, it is never do or die in a few days, the time to check with another MD for a second opinion is well worth it, especially with cardiac problems, most stent operations are unnecessary and the MD rush patient from exam room to surgery with pre-signed consent form
he was the big tit expert
he was the famous Titwinger
she was his biggest patient
it was just a plastic problem
we got ten years, I really can't complain

Sometimes sheer relief is better than excitement ..........& years later both of you will laugh & laugh & laugh .....remembering ........?...!.......?
don't want to change it. I was like the punch line of a good joke. was up, pizza time? I'll bring the beer.
after 3 glasses of vintage vino I am in no condition to argue
(but do value your opinion!)
I guess part of the message is don't let doctors rush you into anything, particularly elective surgery complications and even more so coronary stents as these are big money makers and patients are often asked to sign consent forms before they even are tested. 2nd opinions need a little time and scares of fast growing tumors or imminent heart attacks are used to rush to the operating theater. A few more days in the above would have save Betty a titfull of mental and physical pain. I will be winding up this series soon and say my goodbyes to my dear writing pals.....
