Around your little finger,
Right from the start,
I felt so giddy,
You must have been,
So proud of yourself,
No one else had ever,
Made me feel as much,
As you did,
Even though we’re,
“Just friends” now,
I still want more,
Didn’t you ever realise,
How much I adored you?
You meant the world to me,
I thought I meant the same to you,
How could I have been so blind?
Everyone tried to warn me,
I refused to listen,
It doesn’t matter that,
They were right and I was wrong,
That’s not the point,
I guess it’s pointless,
Trying to explain to you,
You never listen now,
In the end it doesn’t matter,
As I try to say the words,
You turn and walk away,
Just because you call,
